L’alloggio è stupendo, comodo, pulitissimo, e l’ host è stata gentilissima anche per quanto riguarda la flessibilità del check in! Un posto magnifico e raccomandato al cento per cento

Il nostro soggiorno (mio e della mia compagna) é stato molto positivo, molto del merito é stato del host Marco. Persona gentilissima, molto disponibile e sempre orientato al benessere dei suoi ospitit, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Il posto poi é comodissimo per accedere alla spiaggia della feniglia, grazie anche all'uso di biciclette messe a disposizione da Marco. Ottima esperienza, considerato che questo é stato il primo anno in cui Marco ha iniziato a ricevere ospiti tramite airbnb le cose sono sicuro possano solo migliorare! 5 stelle :)

Abitazione nel centro del Borgo piacevole,tranquillo con abitanti molto ospitali. Bello da visitare il borgo eccezionali i dintorni facili da raggiungere. Casa che mantiene tutte le promesse e le aspettative. Ottima soluzione torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Fiorenza

Appartamento indipendente, molto pulito, spazioso, fornito di tutti i servizi e con una grande terrazza in cui fare colazione, prendere il sole e ammirare il panorama. Immerso nei campi, il luogo è silenzioso e calmo, un ottimo rifugio per visitare i dintorni bellissimi. Host molto molto gentili e disponibili, pieni di premura e consigli. Indirizzo super-consigliato!!

Amazing place, view and location. Perfect in every way. Kind, helpful and welcoming host. The island is beautiful and everything you need is right around the corner. Such a relaxing place with lots of beautiful nearby beaches and nice hiking routes. Can definitely recommend this accommodation and Giglio Island.

Tommaso was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with, particularly with sorting out parking. The apartment was tidy and spacious with good air conditioning for the August heat Easy walking distance to main town

5 stars – A Dream Stay in Tuscany! We had the most incredible experience staying at this beautiful accommodation in Tuscany. The location was absolutely stunning—surrounded by breathtaking views, peaceful countryside, and just a short drive to charming villages and vineyards. The host was perfect—so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire stay. Every detail was thought through, and they made sure we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. It truly felt like a slice of paradise, and I would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the magic of Tuscany!

Wir wurden mit frisch gebackenem Brot, selbst gemachtem Kuchen sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Olivenöl von Max und die selbstgemachte Marmelade waren auch sehr lecker 😋 Die Liegebetten waren total bequem. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag von Ivan gereinigt. 👍🏽 Olga hat uns sogar ein Backrohr organisiert 😊… Die Herzlichkeit von Olga und Max, die liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft und all die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten haben diesen Urlaub zu etwas ganz besonderen gemacht….danke 🥰Ulli & Martin

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Küche ist sehr klein und spartanisch eingerichtet . Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, der Hof und der Pool waren wunderbar!

Ilaria’s villa is a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore all the wonders that Maremma has to offer. We are a family of four, and after a couple of weeks in Italy, the kids were craving home-cooked meals, so we spent several hours in the kitchen and dining areas. It was delightful to cook while listening to the kids having fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The villa is conveniently located near the old town center and several supermarkets. Since we were keen to visit Porto Ercole, Alberese, and Saturnia, we didn’t dedicate as much time to Grosseto as we should have. The old center has a very mellow vibe, and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to Ilaria for being so accommodating and kind. We are already looking forward to returning to your place.

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato due notti nel Seccatoio delle castagne del Podere di Maggio. Che dire? Un vero paradiso: incastonato in una vallata meravigliosa con il monte Amiata difronte e il bellissimo borgo medievale di Santa Fiora. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio: struttura meravigliosa, ben curata, nei dettagli, una pace impagabile. I padroni di casa sono stati fantastici, ospitali e ci hanno fatto davvero sentire a casa. Insomma tutto perfetto, non manca nulla, ovvio devi amare la vita bucolica come noi ! Unica pecca? Due notti sono state troppo brevi e sicuramente torneremo . Grazie Peter , Rita e dolce Noemi. Posto bellissimo se cercate un luogo dove rilassarvi lontano dal caos. Gli appartamenti sono tenuti bene e puliti. La cucina ha tutto il necessario, manca solo un microonde per chi è abituato ad utilizzarlo ma era comunque fornita di un fornetto. Bellissima anche la piscina con un panorama stupendo, il nostro piccolo di 7 mesi ci ha fatto il primo bagnetto. La colazione anche era molto buona con tutte cose fatte in casa da mangiare anche sotto al portico provvisto di tavolo e sedie. Anche il nostro cagnolotto è stato benissimo visto che l'intera struttura è immersa nel verde con ampi spazi. Infine tutti sono stati molto gentili e disponibili consigliandoci anche posti da visitare e ristoranti dove mangiare. Torneremo sicuramente.

Tolles Anwesen mit einem gigantischen Pool, der täglich gereinigt wurde. Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig mit großen Schlafzimmern. In Manciano findet man alles was man braucht. Wir waren schon mehrmals in der Region, allerdings war dieses Haus schon weit ab vom Schuss. Das Haus selbst liegt aber direkt an der Straße zwischen Montemerano und Manciano und ist gut zu erreichen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es hätte für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Vorallem die Küchenutensilien und die Böden. Betten, Handtücher, Bettwäsche war aber sehr ordentlich und sauber. Nach Grosseto oder ans Meer Richtung Castiglione ist schon sehr weit zu fahren. Der direkte Weg Richtung Orbetello ist gut und die Strände da auch sehr schön. Ausflüge kann man viele machen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist Pitigliano.

I hate to write this review, because I would like to keep that amazing place to myself! It is the ultimate holiday destination with all you may need to relax, enjoy amazing views and experience the nature. Pictures don’t do justice to this amazing apartment with 5 terraces, beautiful interior and all comfort you may need. It’s a real place, filled with art, books, board games and with a fully equipped kitchen. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.

Wir haben bei Martina eine kleine Oase gefunden! Die Zeit auf La Retomada war einmalig und wirklich schön. Wir haben uns bei Martina sehr wohl gefühlt, sie hat uns mit allem versorgt, was wir gebraucht haben und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für die Erkundung der Umgebung gegeben. Dank ihr haben wir viele Bio-Erzeuger besucht und an den schönsten Stränden die Sonne genossen. Der Abschied kam viel zu früh, aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Soggiorno fantastico! La casa è ideale per due persone, piccola ma fornitissima di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno in vacanza. Spazio esterno meraviglioso, che è stato vitale per noi avendo dietro il nostro cane. Stefano gentilissimo e attento, pronto a dare consigli su cosa fare, cosa vedere e dove mangiare in un posto davvero meraviglioso come l’Argentario. Torneremo sicuramente!

Great place with a fantastic host! We stayed four night with our 3y old son and had a great timein the area. Please listen to Elena’s instruction and get an appropriate car because of the house location but do t worry it is OK to get here.

Familienurlaub (4 Pers.) Ende August 2024: Wunderbare Lage, sehr ruhig und privat.Aussergewöhnlich ist das große Grundstück, wo man zu jeder Tageszeit ein schönes, schattiges Plätzchen zum Ausruhen und genießen findet! Die Bucht unterhalb des Hauses ist sehr beliebt, man kann aber problemlos morgens und abends dorthin gehen, wenn man dem Trubel entgehen möchte. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist teilweise schon etwas älter aber funktionell in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation mit Isabella funktionierte einwandfrei, um kleinere Probleme kümmerte sie sich umgehend. Die Anfahrt ist über eine recht schmale, gewundene Zufahrtsstraße- kein Problem bei vorsichtiger Fahrweise, allerdings dauert es natürlich etwas, bis man im nächsten Ort (Einkaufen, Essen gehen) ankommt. Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für eine Familie mit 3-4 Kindern, für 2 Familien ist die Aufteilung der Betten/ Zimmer eher ungünstig. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Privatsphäre und Natur lieben! Danke Isabella! Es war wunderschön.

Appartamento grazioso con ampio terrazzo, vista strepitosa. Terrazzo munito di tende da sole, molto godibile. Casa silenziosa. Porto Santo Stefano con negozi, bar e ristoranti raggiungibile in 5 minuti tramite scalinata.

Superbe emplacement, vue sur la mer, proche des restaurants, épiceries et magasins. L’hôte était très gentille, répondait rapidement et nous a accompagné pour faire le tour du logement. Elle nous a expliqué ce qu’il y avait de proche selon les activités que nous avions prévu. Petit point négatif, le logement était sale. Plancher et meubles poussiéreux et plein de graines. La douche avait beaucoup de moisissure et laissait planer une odeur assez spéciale dans l’appartement. Outre cela, très beau séjour, nous avons adoré!
