Shauna was an incredible host! She is very communicative and accommodating. The place was very clean, spacious and had good amenities. The location is a very nice neighborhood with stores and restaurants in close proximity.

Great location for being nearby LIU. Great backyard for the dog- if you have a large dog like we do. Fence on one side (gate) can easily be gotten under by a dog who wants to leave. House was cute and in a nice area. We expected the basement smell as it rained all week before we arrived. It was not that bad after the first day. The dishwasher had the previous renter’s stuff in it so we had to unload before loading ours as instructed. Also we took garbage out to back gate as instructed but it was quite full already. No swiffer or broom to sweep up the debris tracked in from the muddy yard. Happy with the space. Comforters were so comfy! We didn’t expect to be so close to a firehouse and hear an alarm multiple times a night every night. Not sure if that’s the norm. It was quite loud. Nothing the host could’ve done, just surprised us. Ants are a known issue- sprays available and traps but I had the dog so couldn’t use. Water crickets were gross. Entry is safe. Host very responsive

Mr. Robert is an amazing host. Polite, responsive, friendly and flexible. The house is as described (actually bigger than we expected), comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend Mr. Robert’s listing and stay there again! Thank you so much, Mr. Robert!!!!
