I came for a total disconnect, and that's exactly what I got. Idyllic setting surrounded by nature and the animals that live there. I had a great time, between resting in the loft (furnished with great taste), kayaking in the marsh, bike ride, what more could you ask for... Mention for the pleasant welcome and quick responses by the hosts. Thank you

The accommodation is perfectly in line with the description of the listing, clean, well-equipped, very cozy and ideally located in relation to the center of Niort and shops nearby. It was exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. We had a great stay and highly recommend this accommodation.

Brigitte is super nice and very helpful. The apartment is super clean, large, very quiet, with heating and equipped with everything you need. The location is central in the old town center, in a few minutes you can walk to the harbor. Nearby there are many restaurants and shopping. Arriving by car is a bit complicated due to the location of the apartment (no stopping and parking in front of the apartment). There are parking spaces in the vicinity, but many of them are subject to a charge. Free parking is available near the adjacent park. All in all, it was a very nice stay in La Rochelle. My stay at Etienne's went very well. The setting is truly idyllic, the view is incredible. The accommodation is clean and well decorated, it feels at home. Would love to come back.

Very beautiful tourist area. La Rochelle is a pretty and very lively city both during the day and in the evening. Lots of attractions and many restaurants along the harbor. Super nice and functional accommodation for a couple in a private residence with their parking space. Great location, you can do anything on foot. Yann and Noémie are very charming hosts and at your disposal. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay in this apartment, perfect location for exploring La Rochelle. Despite being in the centre of town it was really quiet at night which was very helpful for our six month old baby (and us!) Would definitely recommend!

We had a great weekend in Montalivet. The accommodation is very well located: close to the market and the attractive main street! A little noise in the evening because the city is very lively. We didn't mind at all. The balcony is a real plus☀️

Stephane and Sylvie were amazing hosts. They gave us great local recommendations, organised a personal winery tour for us and booked in a massage. The location is beautiful, peaceful setting and the pool was fantastic. We booked to have breakfast one morning - it was stunning. Beautiful presentation and lovely food. We highly recommend staying here - truley relaxing.

Fantastic location for exploring Bergerac. Beautiful apartment with all of the comforts and conveniences you would expect. The hot tub is a real bonus.

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!
