excellent hosts and central location. they made dinner reservations for us @ Biztro. What a nice touch! Tastefully decorated. Video helpful for checking in. Rented bikes for 2 days and left them locked up below. no problems. Public parking spot worked out perfectly for 3 days(you may want to move it, we didn't). lLoys of kitchen gadgets to feel at home. Did I mention how well designed the space is?

Olivier is very flexible regarding check-in and check-out. The apartment impresses with its beautiful furnishings and perfect location. We would vacation here again any time.

We spent 4 nights in the accommodation and we highly recommend it. Laurence is welcoming, discreet and available. The apartment is fully equipped, all the details are well thought out. The housing environment is very peaceful and very beautiful, the terrace has no neighbors. The private jacuzzi and sauna are perfect. In conclusion, the accommodation is perfect, go for it!

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

We had a pleasant and excellent stay! Listing matches photos. Quite spacious and clean, with impeccable bedding. In addition, it is very well located, many things are within walking distance. Isabelle is a very responsive host. ☺️ Small negative point in terms of insulation... you can hear outside and in the evening it was hot in the room (during our stay it was over 30 degrees in the shade). But apart from that, it was perfect Would highly recommend!

I wholeheartedly recommend this location! The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. We found plenty of shops nearby, even two supermarkets a few stops away.

I'd highly recommend François’s lovely flat. Lots of useable space and everything you may need. I really appreciated where his home is located. It made it extremely easy to walk everywhere, market, train and restaurants. When I'm back in Nice, I will be a return customer.

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Our family of 3 stayed 11 nights at David's apartment in Nice and it was amazing. The location along the Promenade was a long walk from Old Nice but it offered the most amazing views of the entire Promenade and the sea, and the local neighborhood was charming and walkable. It was only a 10-minute car ride to the central train station, which is so convenient for traveling everywhere in the French Riviera. We attended the Monaco Grand Prix and the round-trip was really easy. Inside, the living room was spacious, bright and airy thanks to the large glass doors opening onto the Promenade. The master bedroom was also quite roomy with plenty of closets and a private balcony. The second bedroom was significantly smaller yet bright and featured a well-appointed adjacent bathroom. David and his team were incredibly professional and responsive to minor requests, and their communication is a model for other managers on Airbnb. We would highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in the Nice!

This is a spacious, well designed apartment in Paris city. It is just 15 minutes walk from big apartment store like Galerie Lafayette, and a few metro stops away from Louvre Museum. There are a few nice bistros and cafes nearby. Despite located in the city centre, we felt quiet and peaceful once entered the apartment. Host is very friendly and helpful, who welcomed us when checking in and allowed us to have flexible check out time. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful, small apartment just a few minutes from the sea. There is everything you need for a few days. It was also very clean. The highlight was of course the sauna in the room! There are plenty of parking spaces in the street or by the sea in front. We recommend the place.

A great place to recharge. The place is great, clean and comfortable. The owners are lovely and attentive with the fresh baguette in the morning. The jacuzzi is impeccable and really good quality. Very tasteful decoration. We will definitely come back. Thanks again Candice for this happy moment.

This stay was a gift for my parents. We had already done this and we had the idea to offer them. Like us , they thought the place was atypical and amazing. A soothing and easy-to-reach place. A clean and well-equipped place. Nearby there is Saumur and the zoo to visit. the area is very friendly. And thank you again to the responsive hosts whose access details are clear

This was a fabulous Airbnb. Fully 5 star!!! The host was so friendly- so easy to get a hold of. They were immediately responsive when we needed a few things like toilet paper and more shampoo / conditioner. The location was perfect and even though it was on a very busy street near the metro, the windows were fantastically insulated. So the noise was minimal. We could hear the neighbors. Their kids made quite a lot of noise, but it was doable. The street lights are really bright all night but they had blackout curtains on all the windows. it would be helpful if there was Velcro or some way to attach the blackout curtains to the wall to limit the light leak get on the side. A lot of light still came in that way. But honestly, it was definitely one of the best situations and Airbnb as we’ve stayed at. We are incredibly happy.!!

Gilles sent us all the useful and necessary information to guarantee us an autonomous arrival as well as for the use of equipment such as the jacuzzi, the sauna and the lighting atmosphere that can be modified as desired. He was super responsive to our questions by SMS (3 min to respond). We had a wonderful stay! The sunset in the jacuzzi was amazing! I recommend it!

We loved our 1 night stay here and wish it could have been longer. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. The hot tub is an amazing addition, and the location is brilliant. We’d highly recommend and would certainly stay again!
