very nice stay, responsive host. clean and functional accommodation. It's a shame that it doesn't have an exterior but nothing disturbing for a pleasant stay.

Our second stay here. Really big space, fully equipped kitchen and good shower. Didn’t get a chance to sit in the garden this time as the weather wasn’t great but it’s a lovely place to sit for breakfast. Easy to walk in to the city.

Chantal’s place was beautiful. Lovely furnishings and decor. The view was unbelievable and both rooms were equally comfortable. The sound of the Loire going under the bridge lulled you to sleep. The quality of the bedding was top notch! We enjoyed meeting Chantal and loved her energy. Highly recommend!

Perfectly located in the hyper center close to all amenities. Large, spacious, warm. There is nothing to say except that the apartment is even more beautiful than in the photos.

Great location. Apartment was wonderful furnished. Michel is a great host who met us and took us through the apartment from top to bottom. It’s a techo’s dream. The stairs are a challenge but well worth the effort.

We spent a night in the accommodation offered by David. It was impeccable and in line with the description, both for cleanliness and for the services offered. The only small downside is the noise coming from the floor upstairs. Despite this, I highly recommend this accommodation.

Great Easter weekend with the family. Thanks to Alain for his hospitality and for the trust he gave us by settling in to his place of life. We had a very pleasant time in an original setting. Cleanliness, comfort, everything is there. At Alain's, you forget about everyday life while feeling a little at home. The proximity to Angers and a few walks is a plus. I highly recommend this listing!

New, spacious, bright and very well located accommodation (10 min walk to the center)

My wife and I stayed for 4 weeks in Thierry's apartment. The pictures are accurate. It's a simple uncluttered space that was clean and functional. There aren't a lot of frills, but there isn't a lot of clutter either. The location is good, about a 10-15 minute walk from downtown. The internet worked well. Thierry was a good communicator and willing to help with anything we needed. My only complaint would be that for a bedroom that's in the basement level, it wasn't very dark, even at night. There were street lights that illuminated the space at night and the sun came in first thing in the morning. Some shades or curtains would make a big difference. Overall it's a nice place for a stay in Bordeaux.

A truly special place in Saumur. This isn’t my first time staying here, and it certainly won’t be the last… it’s always an excellent experience. The apartment is cozy, functional, and beautifully decorated. Everything is spotless, and every detail has been carefully thought out to offer comfort and warmth. The atmosphere invites rest, and the beauty of the surroundings makes the stay even more enjoyable. The host’s attention to guests is impeccable: always kind, discreet, and genuinely thoughtful.
