Ideal accommodation for a family holiday (we were two adults and two children)! The house is close to shops/restaurants and a 15min walk to the beach. The space is spacious and includes everything we needed (special mention for the many puzzles, games and children's books)! We recommend:)

Very nice typical house in the heart of Perigueux. Despite everything, we always found parking even in the middle of August. Well-equipped, clean and clear. The big advantage is the very pretty terrace overlooking the rooftops. We were impressed by the quietness of the neighborhood.

We couldn't ask for any more. From the day we arrived Yves made us feel welcome and did everything he could to make our holiday a good one. We have rarely met such a kind, helpful and generous host in our years of travelling in Europe. Yves had made sure that not only was the accommodation clean, comfortable and well furnished but also the kitchen was very well stocked with essentials such as milk, coffee and tea (2 coffee machines), juice, eggs, bread.... In addition he gifted us wine, beer, fizz and more... Thank you so much, Yves!

A more than perfect rental for a family stay. Ideally located accommodation, near the sea, in a quiet neighborhood with a garage and a very appreciable private parking space. House very well organized and equipped for a large family and very clean. Marie and Emmanuel offered us to arrive earlier than expected. We just met Marie, a very friendly host, these many tips were very useful to us. We'll be back with great pleasure!

Myself and 7 friends spend 3 nights here and we had the most incredible stay. It is rare to book a unit where there are no bad bedrooms, but all 5 bedrooms in this unit were perfection! Comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and full private bathrooms in each bedroom. The kitchen and living room spaces were equally as great, and the hot tub was the cherry on top! We also loved the location right next to the park and walking distance from all the city's main attractions.

Beautiful apartment. Well located close to shops and restaurants in La Couarde. The equipment is in good condition and the apartment is very clean. Access is very easy thanks to Nicolas' simple and very clear instructions.

On the occasion of a weekend with a girlfriend in Royan, we booked the accommodation offered by Catherine, which completely met our expectations. We were greeted by Arthur, who is friendly and clear in his explanations. The accommodation is well thought out, very clean and very well equipped, which allowed us to feel comfortable quickly. The exterior is just as pleasant, with a swimming pool that is very popular for a refreshing break. We will gladly go back if we have a chance. We had a great stay,perfect for relaxing. La Tremblade is a very peaceful and concivial small town. Walking every day ,all side by side on foot. Walks between forest and ocean ,beach , 10`. Very nice restoration made with a lot of Love everything is beautiful and cozy .Valou and Tof are in the image of this little cocoon. Great hosts. We recommend 100%. And if we can come back .

Simona’s place is the perfect place to stay for a week in La Rochelle. Beautiful, clean house with everything you need, a a nice garden for relaxing outside.

Guillaume was the perfect host, and his property served our needs perfectly. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful location close to the market and supermarket. Le Bois Plage is gorgeous. Guillaume responds promptly to all questions. Everything was so easy. Highly recommended.

Hi, We stayed in this nice 2-room apartment. Completely faithful to the photos, clean and well-equipped apartment, with a patio for smokers. Access is easy and in the center of Blaye. My stay at Clémence's was most enjoyable. The house is very pleasantly furnished, close to the city center and everything is very quiet. Everything was perfectly in line with the description given for the accommodation. The code for the entrance had been changed in the meantime and Clémence immediately intervened to give me the new one without any wait when we arrived on the premises. I am delighted with my stay and recommend Clémence's house without hesitation.

Savennieres is a charming village and Richard and Ira's house is perfect for discovering the Angers region and its banks of the Loire. We really enjoyed this very well decorated little house, functional and beautifully designed from an architectural point of view. Congratulations to the architect and his smiling workers!

Very nice house, decorated and furnished with care. It immediately felt good there. Quiet environment allowing for a nap in the outdoor area😉. Nina Métayer bakery 2 minutes away, we loved it! Large supermarket also 2 minutes away with electric vehicle charging stations. electric. City center 10 minutes' drive. We highly recommend it! We'll be back!
