My daughter and I had a girls weekend. This was our first time at Kure Beach. The place is very nice. The walk to the beach was at most 5 minutes. The outdoor sitting area and fire pit was amazing. The host are very responsive. The internet was out and I messaged them and they responded quickly. It was resolved within 15 to 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay was amazing! Super close to the pier and walkable to the beach and restaurants. Place was super clean and had all amenities listed and that you would need. Would 100% book again!

Kate's Place is perfectly located from downtown Southport, the Ferry to nearby Bald Head Island and Wilmington. It is only a short drive to Oak Island. Kate's Place is a perfect place for a single visitor. I always feel right at home.
