Townhome holiday rentals in Pleasure Island

We loved the airbnb and the location. We had some struggles with the Wi-fi but Kayce took care of the problem which was great because we had a lot of rain. We ended up only using 2 out of 3 bedrooms but if we need a 3 bedroom next visit we would definitely stay here again. Oh, and loved the big comfy couch!!

We had a fantastic week at Holden. The townhome was peaceful, comfortable, clean and so close to the beach. Dan was flexible with our plans and very friendly. He is a fantastic host. Would stay again! Highly recommended to all.

Second time renting Kathie’s place. The bathrooms have been updated which is definitely a plus! Everything was great. It’s a perfect spot for us- 3 adults and two kids under 10. The beach is super close. A quick drive gets you to the boardwalk. The garage has tons of beach gear. We are fans and have definitely made this our spot- and it’s a great deal. Kathie is a very responsive host! Her directions are clear and she’s friendly and proactive. A couple items to note- there’s no grill, and you might need to bring in some items like salt and oil if you plan to cook. (We had fun experimenting with spices other folks left behind). The master bedroom bed is pretty tall- so if you’re 5’1 like me, be prepared to vault up. But the bed and bedding are very cozy! None of these things should be deal breakers bc you can’t beat the location and view. We had a great time!

This is the 2nd consecutive year we’ve stayed here for our annual girls trip! We usually go to a different beach each year but we came back to Kure because we liked this house so much. I really can’t say enough good things about it. Super convenient to the beach so our group can come and go as they please. It’s very comfortable, clean, spacious and we feel very safe here. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but this year we drove 10 minutes to Carolina Beach which was also very easy and convenient. Michelle is very communicative and responsive. Couldn’t ask for a better host!

easy beach access. had a little problem that was addressed right away. Our experience was very nice. would stay there again without hesitation. all 3 couples commented on how comfortable the beds were.

Robyn’s place was everything we asked for and needed for our yearly family vacation to Kure beach. The place was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Being steps away from the ocean made this stay so special. The balcony upstairs was a wonderful bonus for early morning coffee and watching sunsets. Thanks again Robyn for sharing your place with us.

This was our 2nd family vacation on Carolina Beach. Our family rented 2 places close to each other. This rental was very clean and nicely decorated. It was comfortable for 7 adults and 2 dogs. We hosted dinners for 20 easily. The elevator was nice for loading/unloading the cars. Had 1 issue with the front door lock, which Connie & Joe fixed the next day.

5 Star stay for long weekend. Pictures display a truly classy comfy townhouse that smells lovely and has everything you need. Bedrooms are spacious and linens are very comfortable. Perfect home with perfect location to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Easy and clear instructions for check in and check out. Thank you John and Katie for our enjoyable experience. Looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Kate’s home! Will definitely stay again next time we are in Carolina Beach. Beautiful, clean, and walkable to the beach. Kate was also very responsive during our stay!

Our family of 6 loved everything about our stay at Damara and Birch's townhome!! The close walkable access to the beach was great!! The location of the pool next to the house was tremendous! The home felt like our very own house! We will be back...a lot and highly recommend staying here!!! Thank you Damara and Birch! Outstanding stay!!

Everything was great! Reminds me of a townhome I used to live in only not at the beach. The house was very clean. Good size refrigerator if you plan on bringing food to store. Fully stocked kitchen. Very large tv in the living room. Overall great place and we had a good time for our family vacation. Host responded to any questions we had.

We were very pleased with the condo, it was exactly as pictured and described. We have stayed in many vacation rentals. I was completely impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with spices and a decent set of cookware.

Fabulous stay with everything one could ask for. All well thought out for the guests to arrive and just enjoy! Golf cart was added bonus as well as beach equipment. Quick and pleasant walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood and two beautiful balconies to relax and chat. Clean and well appointed.

Had a great time at Jason’s place, easy access to the beach, we loved the golf cart, and all of the beach necessities that were provided! Overall this was a great place for our family of 9!

Beautifully decorated home that felt like a new home, with quality finishes like we are used to in our own home. Rachel was very easy to work with and when we asked if there was a griddle for pancakes, she said if there was not she would order one. When we arrived there was a new griddle in the pantry. The separate spaces were great for our multi generation family of 9. The main living floor was large enough for all of us, with a great open kitchen to cook in. The decks with a view of the ocean were a great place to wake up to start the day and wind down in the evening.

Wes & John's place was the perfect spot for our family's annual beach weekend! It was clean, comfortable, and a short walk to the beach & boardwalk. We loved the water cooler & porch. Would highly recommend this Airbnb. Thank you again for having us!

The townhouse was exactly what we were looking for. Drivable distance to the beach (walkable without an infant), quiet neighborhood, and walkable distance to restaurants were the standouts. The host was super responsive and helpful and the place was very clean and had plenty of room for us and our family. Would highly recommend and would love to stay at this listing again!

Great beach getaway home! The house was super clean and looked amazing when we got in! It was minutes away from Kure beach, Carolina beach and wrightsville! Lots of fun things to do and lots of recommendations from Majorie on what events were going on! Enjoyed the trip it was definitely worth the money paid!

We had a great stay here! The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. It’s a great location in Carolina Beach- just a short walk to the beach via the public access walkway. The kitchen was very well- appointed. We had everything we needed for cooking our meals! The only hiccup was the hot tub- it required cleaning before using. But as soon as we notified the owners, they scheduled the cleaning for the next morning and all was good. Pool and hot tub were great!

Great house, great amenities, and even greater location!! Will be staying again!

This is our second time staying at Kathy’s place , we absolutely love it ! The home is warm and inviting and Kathy goes out of her way to make sure all of your needs are met , she is the perfect host , and extremely accommodating!! We will be back next year !!!
