Perfect location, loved lounging on the upper patio!

This was the perfect place for us in Pavones. Walking distance to the beach and the surf as well as two well stocked grocery stores - yet a little tucked away, with the feeling of being surrounded by nature. The apartment had all we needed and we really enjoyed the bedroom with its comfortable bed and AC, as well as the terraces. Thank you Stefanie for having us!

I got away from city life, that's exactly what I wanted. I was here Feb 10-May 10th, which gave me the experience of the dry season in Feb.-March and rainy season in mid April-May. When it rain it pours! I walked to the beach every morning -3 min. walk from my door. Be mindful of the strong currents! I looked for pools of water nestled between rocks to enjoy the healing power of the ocean! Horses, cows, monkeys, various bird types...roam through the property. The foreman that takes care of the grounds is friendly and responsive to questions and requests. I had access to a bicycle. It took me 20 min. to get to the Saturday Market (locals selling their wares), and buy fresh fish directly from fishermen!, close to the local supermarket. Trucks drive through the neighborhood selling produce as well; at walking distance there are 2 restaurants with appetizing menus. Locals (Ticos) and foreigners are friendly, it's a cooperative environment. Surfers love it here. Come to Pura Vida!
