Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Brazil

The stay was wonderful. Águas da Serra is beautiful, a cozy and practical apartment for those who do not want to prepare any food, considering that it is forbidden in the rental. The only point would be that it is informed here that towels are available, except for the pool, but there were no bath towels in the apartment. A small drawback compared to all the qualities. We hope to come back more often.

I really liked the Flat, it had everything we needed. Excellent location for transportation, both public and for apps. Flat almost on the waterfront, and there are Itaú bicycles available and a bike path along the entire waterfront. I walked to Rio Vermelho beach on one side and the other day we walked to Farol beach.

Everything is great! The photos faithfully match the accommodation. The place has a coffee maker, sandwich maker, filter with gallon, TV, among other items. The mattress and pillows are comfortable (my fiancée and I slept very well). The air conditioning is very cold, and the garage has ample and easily accessible parking spaces. Nothing to complain about. It is worth noting the kindness and proactivity of the host, who always responded quickly and was very flexible both at check-in and check-out. Certainly, when we return to Salvador, we will give priority to this accommodation. Anke was a 10!

Wonderful apartment and location for first time visitors! Super close to the metro but also walkable to plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes. The apartment was easy to check in and flexible. 24/7 front desk who are also very friendly and always a sense of security. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting!

The apartment is even better than in the photos, the room is wonderful, spacious, with a really big bed and even better pillows. A good day starts with a good night's sleep and the room provides that. The low point was the fact that there was no hygienic shower in the bathrooms, for those who do not use paper (my case) it is complicated. And the toilet paper is of much lower quality. One fact that caught my attention was the agility in changing the hair dryer that was defective, Diogo provided a new and great quality one (they saved my girlfriend's nights and consequently mine). In short, we are extremely satisfied and we certainly intend to return soon.

First of all, from the beginning to the end of my stay at Fernanda's apartment, it was incredible. She was super attentive and helpful to the guest. Her apartment has an incredible view of Cabo Branco beach, both from the living room and the bedroom. The apartment is super equipped with kitchen utensils to prepare your meals. The hotel's premises are a well-organized place, all new and clean, and it is close to everything: bakery, market, restaurants and one of the main tourist spots in the city. Excellent location, right on the sand. We will return more often, simply because the place is incredible.

The stay was wonderful, the apartment is very well located, on the waterfront, close to restaurants, bakeries, kiosks, pizzeria... It's exactly as advertised, large, clean, modern, well furnished and decorated. This is the second time I've come and the host is always very attentive, responds quickly.

The apartment is excellent and is located in front of the sea. The traffic is a little noisy, especially at certain times in the morning, but the apartment has excellent sound insulation and the double windows do their job very well. There are a number of conveniences nearby, restaurants, bakeries and even a supermarket, as well as being in front of the most beautiful boardwalk in southern Brazil. Personally, I will definitely return to this apartment and keep it as my only reference for future trips to Florianópolis. The apartment is exactly like the photo, it's spacious, clean, pleasant, I felt really at home, the Internet works super well, the shower too, complete kitchen utensils, everything in perfect condition! There is a supermarket right next to the building, and the mall is within walking distance. I would definitely come back more often.

Apartment with everything new, first class and tasteful as if we were in a renowned hotel (bed, sheets, pillows, towels and even AA quality toiletries). The owner left some important treats for us, who arrived from a trip and wanted to rest a little before worrying about shopping, showing care and attention to her guests. Well-located condominium, easily accessible, with leisure and close to the main restaurants of Itaipava, as well as nearby markets. I recommend it.

The place is super organized, clean, the doorman is extremely polite, what a beautiful space, I would definitely go back there again……. The accommodation has everything that is mentioned in the reservation and Osvaldo is also super attentive, and always ready to respond.

I had a great experience during my stay! Host Carlos was very attentive and helpful from the start, answering all questions quickly. The place was exactly as in the photos, clean, organized and with everything working perfectly. I spent a month at Liliana's AirBNB and it was wonderful! The location was perfect, close to several restaurants and cafes, and very quiet, despite being in the city center. The apartment is a complete charm! Very cute and organized, I felt at home. The lighting and decoration are perfect and the pots are non-stick. The doormen are very nice and the coworking space is very useful. Liliana was very proactive and kind! I loved the place!

The loft is small but it was perfect for my stay with my partner and my puppy. Everything was extremely clean, freshly washed sheets and duvet, and a comfortable bed. Communication with Viviane was great, she is very kind and helpful. Thank you!

Everything was perfect. I went with my fiancé and we had no problems. The bed is a little noisy, I think it's the plastic lining. There is also an Itaú bike station nearby, in addition to the beach.
