Anne was very responsive and communicative. She provided all necessary information and had a professional cleaner brought in most weeks. Located right on the 15 and 17 bus lines and a 17 min walk from the red line.

Lindsay was a very responsive and thoroughly helpful host. She even mailed over an extra lobster pot we needed for the holiday weekend celebrations! House was beautiful and right on the beach with all the toys you could hope to explore the water with! Thanks for a great stay!

The place was cozy and comfortable. I slept soundly in the very “comfie” bed. I appreciated the ability to come and go as I pleased without any time restrictions as I was visiting family and would come in very late at night. Most of the weekend stay, I had the house to myself. Even when in the house with everyone present, I still felt free to move about the house and that really made a difference. The bathroom/restroom is small but fully equipped with everything I needed and the shower was perfect (water pressure, heat, etc). From the beginning and throughout the entire stay, Rob would say in his messages “welcome home” and truly, that’s what I felt for the entire trip and experience. I highly suggest staying here. They are the perfect hosts and have thought of everything to make someone feel like their space is your space. For that, I’m so grateful.

Chris made us feel right at home. The place looks brand new. I’m pretty sure I was the first to use the coffee maker. All the amenities were great and made it easy to cook and clean. Parking place was great and bed was great. Pull out sofa was comfortable for sleeping too. There are so many restaurants (especially Asian) within a 10 minute walk and the Wollaston T stop is 5 minutes away making a 25 minute ride into Boston painless. Our stay was a pleasure! Thanks Chris.
