Monthly Rentals in North Merrick

The place was perfect and in a great location. It was quiet and just what we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with some essentials, which is always appreciated! Daria and Justin were friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

I had a great stay, and will definitely come back if i am to go back to Long Island. Shamim is a great host and very helpfull with anything you ask for. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends

Darryl place is amazing highly recommend fixed issues before i could report them checked on me respectfully walk in shower was amazing 3 shower heads (2 at once) was perfect wifi use nice size mini fridge bed big enough for me (300lbs) it is a bit soft but i dont need a firm bed this place is perfect even if he wanted to rent it out couldnt go wrong for my week stay and owner is super friendly if im back in NY again his place will be the first i look for

Jason was an awesome host! We loved the bathroom lights and neat little games available! The bed was super cozy and the room was great all around. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area! :)
