Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Nice

Haykel and Sofiane were very communicative hosts. They ensured all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. They also let me check out a tad bit later which was very helpful. The place is in a great location, in the heart of Old Town Nice. You can essentially walk anywhere - train/tram stations, bus stations, ferry ports. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within metres of the building. A few things to note: The stairs are steep (as mentioned in previews reviews). If you have heavy luggage or bad knees, it may not be a good place for you. Locals live in the same building and you will hear them as the walls are thin. The neighbors outside are audible too. Make sure to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. I used earplugs with a white noise machine and I was fine. Overall, best place to stay if you want to be in an accessible area in Nice!

Spectacular panorama, excellent bus stop for those who want to visit Menton or go to Monaco station. To reach Larvotto Beach on foot, you have to climb a lot of stairs. Excellent parking in the basement of the house. Amèlie is very professional and responsive.

We stayed with Anne-Marie for 5 nights. The place was amazing and her and Andre took great care of us. I got tree sap on my shorts one day and they cleaned them for me because I was having trouble. The fridge had some essentials to get us started in our stay and they gave us eggs as well one day. They were great people who were very kind and helpful.

Had a wonderful stay at Dominique's apartment. Dominique was really helpful with recommendations and made us feel very welcome. She was super responsive and flexible with check in and out times. The apartment was exactly as in the description, spotlessly clean and comfortable beds. It is on the fifth floor but has a lift to the fourth floor. The location is fantastic and very convenient for restaurants, bars, shopping and sightseeing.

Spacious, well-maintained apartment with a beautiful view on the 6th floor (elevator), great location, within walking distance to the tram in Liberation, with which you can quickly reach the city and then all excursion destinations in Nice and the surrounding area. The walking distance to Alliance Français is particularly pleasant. The contact with Marina was reliable and friendly. She is very quick to respond. We felt very comfortable. With air conditioning, an outside temperature of more than 30 degrees could be endured well in the apartment. I have been to Nice several times; this is the best Airbnb I know in Nice!

Really good! The hosts were very available for our arrival. Nice little accommodation, very consistent with the photos, the garden is charming. It is located a stone's throw from the train station and the sea. I recommend it.

Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in complete privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village center and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

Caroline’s house is beautiful. She was very helpful throughout our stay and made this a very memorable vacation for us. We were a group of 9, and traveled with a baby. She set up a crib and chair for her, made sure everything was comfortable and checked in on us. I would highly recommend her house and would easily go back again!

Clement place was wonderful it’s on the principal avenue , the beach is behind the building . We spent a really good time .

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. Yevan is an amazing host. The apartment was very clean and nice. He even managed to arrange that we could check-in earlier than planned. He’s also very responsive, whenever we had questions he replied almost immediately providing support. Thank you so much for the great care.

A great flat just same as picture even better in person. Proactive hosts and frequently texted me to make sure everything. Loved the pool for residents. Sadly didn’t have chance to go to a beach close by. But it wasn’t good location if you don’t have car. Spent much money and time for the buses and train. Took 20mins by walk to go to Antibes station. And sometimes 620 bus comes every 30minutes/1h from Nice after evenings. But calmer and private place. It was a great deal. Highly recommended if they have a car even if you don’t, still a good deal.
