Spectacular panorama, excellent bus stop for those who want to visit Menton or go to Monaco station. To reach Larvotto Beach on foot, you have to climb a lot of stairs. Excellent parking in the basement of the house. Amèlie is very professional and responsive.

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

We stayed with Anne-Marie for 5 nights. The place was amazing and her and Andre took great care of us. I got tree sap on my shorts one day and they cleaned them for me because I was having trouble. The fridge had some essentials to get us started in our stay and they gave us eggs as well one day. They were great people who were very kind and helpful.

Greg’s apartment was exactly as it looks in the pictures. We had a great stay and appreciated how close it was to the tram, making it easy to get anywhere and proximity to the beach was a plus. We loved that this place was on the less busy part of the boardwalk, so when we came back at the end of the day it was very peaceful. Would absolutely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

We had a great weekend in Grasse in this perfectly located accommodation, close to the city center and its perfumers of all kinds! Two very pleasant nights, the neighborhood is quiet, the studio is very nice and clean: I recommend the experience!

Very nice apartment, extremely well-equipped and 1 min walk from the center and parking included in the rental (which is well appreciated because it is complicated to find a place otherwise). Air conditioning is a real plus in view of the heat. Lots of recommendations and communication with Magali and Cédric was perfect. Please note that for people with reduced mobility, it is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Lively neighborhood during the day, and maybe a little noisy at night but the hosts have nothing to do with it.

Wonderful stay! I had a fantastic experience staying here. The home was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and thoughtful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the snacks, local tips, great coffee, etc. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in complete privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village center and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

For our stay, Andrée welcomed us easily and remained at our disposal. The apartment is really at the top decorated by the hand of the artist. Very quiet apartment conducive to rest and recovery. Just to finish, do not hesitate to go for many walks around and also visit the village of Greolieres, its magnificent church and also its restaurants and then you can go to Greolieres les Neiges, a small family ski resort and friendly. Everything is perfect except for two minor issues: 1. I was not informed that the housekeeper costs extra and was not included. 2. The outdoor furniture, such as deck chairs by the pool, and the pool area in general could be refreshed. As well as the toilet by the pool. Please note that the rest was flawless. These 2 points do not affect the entire stay at all. Only as feedback to get the most out of it. Otherwise perfect, Charles also let us check in and out earlier. I would definitely come back.

Excellent stay in Jérôme's rental, everything is done to make you feel even better than at home. Brigitte, her mom who welcomed me, is super nice and helpful. I had a pleasant stay with my two dogs, super happy to be able to frolic in this large wooded land and take walks to discover the bories and beautiful villages of the Var. What happiness!

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Lovely accommodation in one of the finest residences in peaceful Menton Garavan. Generous host couple who cared for us. Stylish with all facilities and needs met, surrounded by a wonderful garden. A big plus for the large terrace, the view and the private small pool. We can't wait to go!

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. We just loved the location! We love walking, so it was nice around 30minutes walk to the old town. The tram was close so it was easy to get from/to airport. Luckily we had earplugs, because there was a lot of noice from the street and around the building (for example the elevator. Bed and pillows were really comfortable for our taste, not too fluffy.
