Justin was easy to work with and quickly responsive. Super clean and comfortable beds. Big living space so great hang out room. Great outside deck for dinner. Quick walk to the beach.

Hard to describe how incredible this home is and what the experience coming here means to us as a family. John and Josh are exceptional hosts. If you’re looking for a prime spot with some of the best parking available in Balboa Island close to the ferry and incredible bay side beaches, look no further. This is our third year coming here and we can’t wait to come back! :)

This was my second time staying here for a long duration of time. Love the home and the location. I hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay. James was an excellent communicator, and was always responsive. We loved how walkable everything was to the air bnb, and couldn’t have enjoyed the location more! We would absolutely recommend.
