Exactly as advertised! This apartment is absolutely awesome, with a wonderfully brand new feel throughout. The beds were comfortable, and we especially loved the split two-bedroom layout and having two bathrooms. It's a very secure, gated, private, and quiet location. Highly recommend! Vic was also a great and communicative host

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Everything you need to feel at home. The grounds are beautiful and you feel safe. They have a great cafe in the complex which was convenient for coffee and nibbles right around the corner. The location worked perfect for us. Whole Food and restaurants were walkable. A beautiful outdoor mall with more restaurants within 5 minutes. Short 20 minute drive to Laguna beach. We would recommend and would stay here again.

This condo is in the ideal location, and has two available parking spaces in the garage. It is very spacious and comfortable in both its cleanliness and amenities. There are lots of places to sit snd relax or eat in the kitchen and living room. It is amazingly quiet- we never heard anyone walking or talking in the hallway and because it faces the courtyard, you don't hear any cars at all. The gym has brand new equipment and it appears they expanded the gym as there is plenty of equipment and space. Sophie responds very quickly and is very nice and informative. This will be my go-to place to stay in Irvine!

We LOVED staying at Wendy’s place. It was exactly how it look in the picture but even better. I love that it had a gated parking lot with a designated parking and the neighborhood was safe. It was easy to get in and out. I would definitely book Wendy’s place again! Communication was amazing too!

The apartment is located right in the middle of DTLA, with most major sights within a 20-minute walk. While parts of Broadway and some sections east of it are a bit sketchy, the building itself checks the identity of everyone entering and feels very safe. Parking is in a garage across the street, which also feels safe. The apartment is spacious, with tall ceilings and lots of light. The bedroom isn't fully separate (only a half wall) so it gets light and noise from the main area in the mornings (eye mask and earplugs will be good for the person who sleeps later). The kitchen area is modern, with good counter space and appliances. Giselle and Ali were excellent hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided lots of local tips and quickly addressed any questions or minor issues.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Very amazing experience with these house. And immaculately clean property. Felt safe. Great location and great view. Would definitely stay again.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.

I’ve come to Catalina a few times in my life, and this trip was by far the best one because I stayed at Trevor’s place. Hamilton Cove is stunning, and it’s awesome that it comes with a golf cart.

Jum & Deb were amazing hosts. Tried to accommodate my family outside of what was listed. Very responsive and the first Airbnb that I felt was actually clean!! We will be back

We stayed here for a family member’s graduation and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-designed, and peaceful, with beautifully maintained, private landscaping. It was perfect for a guest in our group with knee issues, thanks to the two ground-floor bedrooms and thoughtful touches like a bench at the entry for the no-shoes policy. The iPad system controls everything from the hot tub to house music, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Lori, the house manager, was exceptional—warm, responsive, and solved a minor lock issue in minutes. The location is excellent: a short walk to coffee, restaurants, and stores, and about 20 minutes on foot to downtown Culver City. Erewhon and many other amenities are located there, and driving to downtown takes just a couple of minutes. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home for anyone visiting LA.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. One of the best parts was how close it was to Disney—just a short drive away—which made getting to and from the parks so easy. There were also tons of great restaurants nearby, giving us plenty of dining options. The pool was a big highlight—clean, relaxing, and perfect for winding down after a busy day. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book again!

Me and the fellas have an annual trip to LA for Summer Game Fest and Jay’s spot was perfect for our trip this year. Clean, spacious, and lots to do in the house. Nice outside space to kick it and the sauna was the frosting on the cake. 10/10 of stay again and again. Jay was always very welcoming and responsive. Don’t walk, RUN to book this spot! Such a great stay for our family, very nice and spacious and included many family friendly amenities. If you are anywhere near the area, HIGHLY recommend booking this stay! Additionally, hosts were very communicative which is always a plus!
