Less than 100 yards from the beach and bay, we have beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and an umbrella for your convenience.

Ideally situated on the Newport Beach Peninsula, it’s just steps from the bay and beach, with convenient access to the ferry and Balboa Island for shopping, dining, and exploration. A perfect retreat for your coastal getaway!

Beach Getaway

Located just one block from the surf and sand. One block from the Newport Beach Pier and Marina Park, restaurants, and entertainment. Recently remodeled with a new kitchen, appliances, stone bathroom, hardwood floors, new tempur-pedic California king bed and private Washer/Dryer. We also have beach chairs, big beach towels, beach umbrella and boogie boards for you to enjoy. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.
