Monthly Rentals in New Paltz

The Modena House was perfect for our trip. We wished we had the chance to enjoy the outdoor aspect a little more, however time and weather didn’t cooperate with us. The place is adorable, a great kitchen, nicely decorated sitting room, bathroom and bedroom made for a lovely stay. The hosts are top notch! We hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area. Carmen's place is an amazing getaway. Set back and quiet, but close to town. Very clean, and with all the amenities you would need. Very responsive to all questions leading up to the trip. 5 stars all the way!

great place and would love to stay again. as soon as you enter there is a peaceful “home away from home” vibe. keypad was easy to use. communication was very timely. the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and so quiet. there were so many nice touches like the keurig with some k cups provided. the kitchen area looked brand new. i actually think the studio apartment looked larger than the photos and bigger than what i was expecting. please know that you will hear some footsteps from upstairs so if you are really sensitive to that (especially if you plan to sleep in a bit later) some earplugs might be helpful. with the fan on i didn’t notice anything until after i was already awake, and of course the hosts try to maintain quiet hours, per the listing and house rules. this is a wonderful cozy place to stay.

Michael was an incredible host and extremely responsive — he even offered to help assist put on a spare tire when we got a flat on the drive up! The place is an excellent, walkable location to the main area of town Cozy airbnb
