The house is very airy, has a garage and is located very close to the ferry to Ilhabela, which can be a key point for those who want to explore both São Sebastião and Ilhabela. Everything for basic necessities of everyday life is near. Mauritius has proven kind and proactive, with nice recommendations.

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and it doesn't have much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.
