We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We did not suffer from rubberies or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very quiet to leave them there while we were going for a walk. Katya was flexible with the check-out time, which allowed us to make our last day very short. I highly recommend it.

Great space, with everything we needed to spend a few days, as well as being extremely close to the beach (for walking). Marcos was great, always responded to us quickly and was available for what we needed. The only point is that the kitchen is partially open, and for those who want more privacy, you can lose a bit in this environment.

The villa is beautiful. No complaints. Exactly as described - in fact, pics don't do it justice. Open plan living/dinning/kitchen worked perfectly for our group of 5. The terrace space overlooking the "jungle" and water beyond was lovely to relax on, and well appointed with seating and lounging chairs and BBQ. Downstairs bedrooms were very spacious, all with ensuite.

Beautiful place. Stayed with my family and had a lot of fun. When the beach was getting too cold for us, we could always come back and enjoy the pool. We also hired Graça for cleaning and cooking. Totally recommend.

The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as opposition, etc. The way to the beach is very close and the equipment of the apartment is brilliant. I'm sure I'll be back.

The stay at Guilherme's place was amazing! The listing is exactly as in the description photos. A beautiful place, super calm, very close to nature, but not far away by car from the historic center of Paraty (approximately 15 minutes), which for us was the perfect middle ground. Communication was excellent, Guilherme was very helpful all the time and gave us great tips. One of the ones we liked best was Praia da Rosa, a beach that is close to the house and its access is by a dirt road and then a small trail of approximately 10 minutes, the whole path is very beautiful and the beach is of unparalleled beauty. For those who like tranquility, nature, but also do not give up a little more conventional sightseeing Guilherme's house is the perfect place. We definitely plan to come back again!

The accommodation is really a dream, very cozy, quiet. If you are looking for a place to connect with nature, this is the right place! The birds on the balcony are a spectacle of colors, the wonderful view of the forest and the sea. The trail! Everything! It's really worth it. Thank you Luiza and Pierre for the great communication. Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You also have the possibility of entering the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of our frenetic routine. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it is quite easy. The same thing to have access to the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will return more often, for sure! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

the hostess was extremely solicitous and attentive! house clean, organized, with everything we needed. the barbecue area of the house is overlooking the sea, and exclusive exit to the sea. a delight to spend the day with family and pets. I recommend the house and I intend to return!

We loved our stay! The apartment is very well equipped, it was very clean, and has everything you might need for a short or long stay. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, well decorated and spacious, and the barbecue on the balcony is a great alternative for rainy days. The hosts' instructions were very clear, and check-in was super easy to do. We felt at home and left the apartment heartbroken hahaha, we will definitely want to stay here again on our next visit to Ubatuba 😊
