We are still delighted with such perfection of space. Super cozy, beautiful, very organized and clean environment, well located and extremely complete - it was certainly the most complete accommodation we have ever had. Even going in low season, we were able to enjoy a lot of São Sebastião and Ilhabela. Driele gave us great tips for places to visit, both beaches and restaurants, and they were all amazing! We will definitely return more often!

The house is very well equipped, everything works (showers, lights, air conditioning, TV) and super clean. The location is excellent: in front of the path that leads to the beach, in less than 5 minutes on foot you arrive. The comments here about the noise of street cars did not bother us: it is a light move at the time of departure from the beach. at night a silence. We went to a family of 4 adults and two children and everything went super well! Communication with Carol is great and we had a great stay! We left the night before check-in only to get away from holiday traffic, otherwise we would stay longer! Recommended!

The house is located in one of the most incredible places in Brazil, if not in the world. There we experience unforgettable experiences, filled with joy and tranquility, with the clear waters of Saco do Mamanguá as the main attraction. We hope we will be able to return soon.

My family and I spent an excellent week at Bruno's house. The house is even more beautiful in person, all exactly as in the description and really very close to the beach. Prumirim is a little remote and therefore ends up offering few services, but Bruno and his family have always been willing to send us recommendations for what we needed. The strong point was when, on a Saturday night, the gas ran out, and in a matter of minutes they brought a full gas to us. I highly recommend and no doubt would return in a new opportunity.

The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). The stay was great, Afrânio and Mari were great hosts, polite and kind We had a problem with our car and Afrânio offered to pick us up on the ferry and gave us tips on getting around and tours, Mari helped us with great directions for Uber on the island, the place is cozy with a view of the sea, quiet, peaceful, we were comfortable during the stay and he attended to us very well, we had flexibility with the checkout which helped us a lot. We stay 5 days in May/25 at William's house in Paraty, it is a very special place, a place with a privileged view of the beautiful Marina and the entire historic center of Paraty, the condominium is very quiet, wooded, with kind staff.
