Well located and very clean the place, I will come back more often. Only for watching the host, one of the lights in the balcony area was short, blinking a lot. But apart from that, I recommend 1000 times the space offered by them.

The best apartment we've ever stayed in Ubatuba

Simply one of the best trips we've ever taken, the family loved it. Hotel DNA has everything for a family, from heated pools to a playroom for the kids. The apartment was impeccable, we felt completely at home. Joelma responds extremely quickly and was very kind and attentive. We already have a place to stay in Ubatuba, we will definitely return!!!

Katia was very attentive, remained ready at all times! I stayed with my husband and son, the room met our need, but the environment accommodates very well only one couple! Anyway, there would always be a problem again! The pool is beautiful!

Quick and practical Check in. Rules and guidelines on the use of the house, well detailed and clear. Alexandre was cordial, attentive and responded quickly to all contacts made during our stay. Cleiton (condominium caretaker) is extremely kind and proactive. Beautiful condominium, very quiet, well maintained and with a great location, as it is very close to the beach, restaurants, bakery, shopping, etc. The house is extremely airy airy, bright, spacious, comfortable, equipped and with air conditioning in the rooms and a very quiet living room. It corresponds exactly to what we see in the photos. The pool area in the condominium is also excellent and very well maintained. I recommend it and we intend to return other times!

Very complete house, had everything we needed. We were in 6 people, the house endured very well, only point of attention is that the couple who sleep in the living room ends up not having much comfort because they do not have air conditioning and bathroom to shower. However, this detail is well advised by Charlie and the description of the house, so it is not a surprise. Casa with incredible view, we do not suffer from mosquitoes, and has an easy access to the beach (for people who do not have problems with locomotion). Casa very good and I indicate a lot, I will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. Apartment in a great condominium, close to Guarany Street, where the best restaurants and shops in the central region of Ubatuba are located. The condominium is great, very safe and with many leisure options, my family and I like it very much and we will definitely return. Special mention to Neia, who welcomed us very well and helped us with the check-in.

I was surprised by the fact that it was a flat with breakfast, change of towels (including swimming / beach) and daily cleaning. In Riviera most sites do not offer bedding and everything was very clean and organized. The employees of the flat are super helpful and surprised me. The pool is air-conditioned and has beach service.

We stay 5 days in May/25 at William's house in Paraty, it is a very special place, a place with a privileged view of the beautiful Marina and the entire historic center of Paraty, the condominium is very quiet, wooded, with kind staff. The apartment is very beautiful, clean, high standard of finishing, good taste of decoration - gives the impression that the house is even more beautiful than in the photos. William is an excellent host, with tips on restaurants and tours in Paraty, shown to be attentive and helpful in our demands, I will recommend to many friends their stay there.
