Great location. Spacious apartments. Peaceful and quiet condominium. Kind and proactive Host. Well furnished apartment. Outlets are all 220V, it is a point of attention for those who want to bring their own appliances and electronics.

The apartment is small (similar to the size of a hotel room) but it's great. We stayed in 2 people and did not have any difficulty with the accommodation during the 5 days hosted. It was delivered very clean and organized, and has all the necessary kitchen utensils, as well as microwave, fogao, oven, working perfectly. The location is great, this is close to markets, pharmacies and banks, as well as being close to the beach (big beach). It is still possible to walk to the center of Itaguá (walk approx. 20 min). Mauricio and his team are very attentive and have helped us with everything we need during our stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

I highly recommend to stay at Maria’s house. It is spacious, clean and has everything you need. It is also ideally located close the beach and the centre. Maria and her family are very kind and welcoming . They even prepared coffee and cake at our arrival. Maria sent us many recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat. We were sad to leave and we wanted to stay longer .

The house is very cozy. Daniela and Sabrina (who is the person who received us there) are thoughtful and kind. The accommodation is a little far from the beach if you want to walk. I traveled with friends and how we were talking on the way it was quiet. The house is accessed by a staircase. If you travel with the elderly, it can be a bit uncomfortable. The house is cute! Spacious, comfortable home. Great location, insurance, attentive building staff, very beautiful view. Maria responds super fast and is very helpful. Apartment smelled clean, no strong smells, no mold (which unfortunately happens a lot in beach houses).

The owner Ana Paula was very friendly and attentive, the caretaker Mr Petrônio served us very well, the apartment is great, large, clean, well located, close to snack bars and ice cream shops, it is possible to reach the beach on foot. Luciana's accommodation, managed by Rossana, is perfect! Returning from the beach, there are vigorous showers, comfortable beds, good quality bed and bath linens, soft and fragrant. Arriving at the peak, dive into the pool. Zero regrets! The apartment is great! Clean, cozy, large, spacious. A charm! The gourmet balcony is perfect for a family barbecue. The kitchen has everything you need. Highlight for the two refrigerators, the good washing machine and the variety of appliances. The condominium is safe, clean, with friendly staff. Third time in Ubatuba and it was the best location. Although the nearby beach is not good, there are fantastic walks from there, and it is worth walking on the boardwalk. Itaguá is a central neighborhood for trips to the southern and northern beaches, in addition to having everything nearby (restaurants, snack bars, bakeries, markets,...), in addition to Tamar and the aquarium. And Rossana is a ninja at solving problems. Don't worry! This is my home in Ubatuba!

We love the place and the reception… we feel at home, everything clean and organized. It was some incredible days that my husband and I spent. Near everything. Satisfied by the trip made.
