A very comfortable, homey feel. Just what I was looking for. As a hotel type person, this place was a pleasant change of pace. Emma is a very responsive host and flexible with check-in; allowed me to check-in early. (The only con - With a $167 cleaning fee, cleaning mandates should not be given to guests such as taking out the trash and running the dishwasher. The cleaner should be dispatched as soon as a guest leaves to take of these tasks as this is being paid for the the guest.)

Xinghua was so helpful and polite during our stay. We really enjoyed the space and it was so comfortable in clean. Beautiful home and a beautiful neighborhood . We really enjoyed and look forward to coming back again soon..

I needed a last minute place to stay due to change of plans. Ten-Ting approved my after 9pm stay and got us right in with great instructions and excellent price for a sleep over.

One of the nicest and warmest Airbnb’s I have been to in a while. Comfy bed, full kitchen, warm and comfortable with old style radiators that made very cozy on a cold night. Thank you. Will plan to come back when available.
