Monthly Rentals in Medulin

Everything was great except some ants in the apartment. But Anka quickly helped us out and even gifted us some homemade liquor at the end!

Quiet location. New apratma. Well equipped. Balcony for morning coffees. The apartment was clean and large for two people. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Close to establishments and tavern. Center and beach a bit further but at walking distance.

We had a lovely stay at Petra’s apartment. It was very easy to find, the instructions for entry were clear and simple to follow. The location was perfect, right by the sea and very private which was perfect for us. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with a full kitchen, dining, living area, separate bedroom with a very comfortable bed and plenty of cupboard space. The shower room was spotless too. All bedding, towels & bath mats provided. The outside area was lovely and well kept. There was a dining table, chairs and loungers complete with cushions there. The apartment is ten minutes walk from the marina area where there are plenty of restaurants and bars also many souvenir shops. As a footnote Jim & Margo had a great stay at Petra’s apartment it was as described spotlessly clean, very comfortable and in an amazing location. Petra always answered any questions promptly We would definitely recommend and would book again without hesitation.
