We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

What a perfect place to stay while enjoying the area. The house has beautiful custom craftsmanship, it’s like staying in a piece of artwork. It’s not far from all the main sights but a really peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring. Nikolina went out of her way to answer our many questions and gave us tons of great recommendations. We can’t recommend it enough!

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

The cottage is in an absolutely quiet location and offers pure relaxation. We were particularly enthusiastic about the style of the house and the heated pool (admittedly took some time for it to be a little warm too) – ideal for relaxing no matter what the weather. The house is modern, comfortably furnished and very well maintained. If you're looking for peace, comfort and a little luxury, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

Nice place, easy communication, highly recommended

My family (my wife and 3 adult offspring) had the most amazing time at Villa Sonja. The villa was so comfortable and welcoming. Truly a home from home experience. So many amenities we wanted for nothing. Ivan was so helpful. We had a thorough tour of the gated property. There was an Istrian platter of meats and cheese plus basic essentials upon arrival (including beer!). Ivan also surprised us with a birthday cake for my children’s birthdays that fell on the Mon and Weds. Delicious! Ivan also arranged a sunset boat ride for us through his contacts in the tourism office. 5 mins walk to the beach. 8 mins walk to the centre. Pool and table tennis in the games room were used every day. Outdoor pool and kitchen/bbq were fantastic.

our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.

The place is super nicely decorated and exceeded our expectations. With a gym, pool table, foosball and dart, the accommodation had the right replacement program for the pool even in bad weather. We will be happy to come back.

Grea place, great host

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

We had a fabulous weeks holiday staying in an amazing villa. Everything was perfect, plenty of space, well equipped with clean private pool and garden to relax. Would definitely recommend and certainly return.

Our stay at Villa Aida in Medulin was fantastic. The apartment is modernly decorated and well equipped – we didn't miss anything. We were particularly impressed by the heated pool and the terrace with gas grill and wonderful views. Communication with the host was smooth from the start. All our questions were answered in advance, and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. Both the harbor and the beach of Medulin can be reached by car in just 5 minutes, and shopping is also within easy reach. Some restaurants in the village can be easily reached in about 10-15 minutes by foot. A small disadvantage was the nearby construction sites, which caused some noise until the afternoon. However, since we were traveling a lot during the day, it did not bother us too much.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation from the first moment, it was as described. Everything was modern, new, tasteful and it was very quiet for sleeping. Vedran was very friendly and easy to reach. The pool was pleasantly warm and was cleaned twice a week. The garden was tightly and completely fenced and therefore absolutely safe for our dogs. The small town was easy to reach on foot and there are beautiful sights in the area. The kitchen was also very well equipped, we often cooked or grilled outside. The WiFi worked without any problems, as did the air conditioning. The mosquito protection attached to all terrace doors was absolutely necessary. These come out at dusk, fortunately there are none during the day. You have to be careful when walking the dog in the area. There are a lot of awns on all the roadsides and every now and then a dog runs freely through the streets. It was a great vacation and we would book again at any time!

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

I had a wonderful stay! The place was not only very clean, but also in a great location, so you could reach everything quickly. The apartment itself was simply fantastic – modern, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The communication with the host was also great: fast, friendly, and straightforward. All in all a perfect experience – I will definitely be happy to come back!

We found the house very nice, we didn't miss anything. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. All our questions were answered. The house was very well maintained and fully equipped. We would recommend the house at any time. The location was very quiet, very pleasant to find peace.

Would stay here again! We were 7 girls and had the best weekend. The house is located in a quiet area which we loved. There was everything we needed in the house and it was very clean! Ivan responded to my messages immedietly and was very helpfull with everything. Would absolutely recommend to stay here!
