Within the beautiful green garden there is a private pool 16 m2 , perfect for relaxing in the sun. We welcome families and pets!

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a house with one more apartment on the ground floor where we live. The apartment can accommodate 4 persons (2+2). Ideal for a small family but all types of guests are welcome. In the garden, your kids can have a lot of fun on the trampoline and swing.

Spend your most beautiful days of the year in our apartment. The apartment is located close to the center of Medulin and only a few minutes walk from the sea . The apartment, located on the first floor, offers a spacious living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms,air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a terrace with sea views. There are also sun loungers and a barbecue in the shared garden. A parking space for your car will be provided.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Our holiday home is a unique place very close to the Arena Amphitheater. Located on a side quiet street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season we were renting one smaller part of the house while as of this season in 2024 our home has been renovated and expanded to be bigger and more comfortable. Free WiFI

Our apartment for 4-6 persons is located in family house in residential area of Medulin. It gladly visited by families with children because it has a large terrace and lovely garden with barbecue. Distance from the sea front is 250 m and from sandy beach 1000 m, 5 minutes by car or 15 on foot.
