“The strong point of this apartment is clearly its location: literally a window open to the sea. The possibility of waking up with the view of the bay lined with olive trees and frequented by small boats parked is priceless. The apartment is also equipped with the essentials for a pleasant stay. Being a building in the country it is populated by different species of insects, so I suggest to equip yourself with what is necessary to defend yourself. Getting around the nearby beaches is very simple: in front of the house there is one easily reachable on foot but the best ones are about 15 minutes by car. Sanja will give you different directions on the various seaside locations around. Our stay was very short but we will remember it with pleasure. Thanks Sanja!”

“Ivo’s place is just as described, only better. The best thing about Ivo’s place, though, is Ivo! Great communication skills, helpful input, and hospitality runs in his blood. The rooms he rents are in a lovely stone home built by his family on wonderful grounds right on the bay within walking distance of town. He met us at a convenient location and had him follow us to the place which was a tremendous help and so thoughtful! Comfortable and a great value.”

“We liked it very much and we felt very comfortable with Denis and his family. The apartment had everything we needed as a family of 4 and was very well furnished. The bathroom has a washing machine, the kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. The terrace with the lounge set was great. Since we were with two families and rented both apartments, we were able to use the entire upper area. The kids especially enjoyed the new whirlpool. The house is in a very quiet location, just right for relaxing. Medulin and a lot of beaches could be reached from there in a few minutes. All in all it was a great, relaxing holiday, which unfortunately was over far too quickly! Many thanks to Denis and his family for the great time!”
