Great place. Was exactly what we needed for our stay. close to amenities, host very friendly and responsive. comfortable and clean. would stay here again.

Sami's house is bright and clean. The space was exactly as described. For our purposes it was perfect. Sami is a very kind and responsive host. Sami is 110%.

Jacqualine’s place feels more like you’re staying at a friend’s HOME. Great quality furniture, linens, towels, kitchen essentials, etc. — not just a rental filled with inexpensive furniture and supplies. Beautiful wide windows in the living space that look out at the river. Sturdy dock that was perfect for our kids to swim off of. Private parking with space to turn around so you’re not backing out onto a busy street. Plenty of spots to view amazing sunsets. The list of positives could go on…. Located in a quiet village with a pub, small market, coffee shop and a few boutiques, it’s a great location to set up home base if you want to be within easy driving distance (+/- 25min) of more touristy towns like Clayton and Alexandria Bay but still have some peace and quiet on the river.

This is the second time I stayed at Lisa’s place. It’s so comfortable! Easy peasy entry. The home has always bern sparkling cjean, the furniture is comfortable, kitchen well supplied, beds are great and a very nice bathroom with hot water for showers. There are front and back porches to enjoy too. Thank you so much for allowing me to stay in your home.

Amazing spot to catch a sunrise in Chaumont Bay! Wonderful, tranquil spot in a tight-knit neighborhood. Spacious house with room for a few parties. Host is super great to work with. Will be back soon.

This place truly felt like a home away from home—beautiful, peaceful, and even better than the photos! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed—and more. The host was very kind and responsive. He let us use the firewood he had stocked, provided two BBQ grills, and had lots of board games perfect for kids. The house is fully carpeted, so using the front door with shoes can get messy. We used the back door through the garage so our shoes could stay inside. You can tell the host is very clean and takes pride in the home. There are also two canoes (we didn’t use due to weather). Thousand Islands Boat Tour is just 37 minutes away—perfect for a day trip. Would definitely stay again!

Lynden was a great host! She shared some great tips for the Kingston area and was always quick to respond to my questions.

Bryan’s place was awesome. It was a very clean house with a brand new basement. It’s perfect if you’re planning for a short visit in Kingston, I really recommend Brian’s home.

We loved Maggie's place for the space and cleanliness. Great location within walking distance of downtown Kingston. Easy access and very comfortable and quiet.

loved our one night stay here. exactly like the pictures and Isabelle being the host, she was so kind and responsive. it was a beautiful spot and very private and quiet which was enjoyable. the room was very spacious and it was very easy to find once Isabelle gave us the instructions. it was a wonderful trip, and we hope to be back soon ☺️

Brian’s place is a small attic bedroom, kitchen/living space. Perfect for the two nights we stayed and were out all day. In hot weather it is hot up there but there is small AC unit. The entrance is up the fire escape which could be difficult in winter or if you were unsteady but he did offer an alternative entrance through his own living space downstairs if that were the case. We were fine. Best part is that it is within walking distance to downtown Kingston and it is in the Queens students’ Neighbourhood, which suited us.

Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this listing. The area is convenient to everything, it’s so unique and eclectic and perfect for a getaway. 100% will stay again.

Super beautiful place to stay. It felt cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. It is in a very convenient spot downtown and pretty much everything is within walking distance. I would advise that to anyone with mobility issues that this might not be for you. There are quite a few steps to the apartment and the steps to the loft some people might have trouble with. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay!

Great place to stay in Kingston. You can walk easily to downtown and to Queen’s University. Bus stops are close as well. The apartment was great, the beds were really comfortable and the space was really taken well care of.

This place was perfect for our stay in Clayton. There are amazing restaurants and shopping just a short walk from the Dygert house and you are so close to the Saint Lawerence river.

The unit is centrally located in Alex Bay. Easily walk through out the town. It overlooks the river and has a great view of Boldt Castle. Comfortably accommodates four adults . It is very clean and modern. We recommend unit 301!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and in a great location with many shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Sara was a very nice host! Sara made check-in and check-out very easy. We had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi, but Sara helped us through all of the trouble shooting and was very easy to communicate with. The place was cozy, clean and comfortable.
