Holiday rentals with a kayak in Lyme

Everything was perfect in the house and the views were amazing.

Good location with peaceful surroundings. Not far from attractions and tours (15 min drive).

We had an amazing time at Don and Lindita's place! The hosts welcomed us with a basket of goodies and we felt right at home. We learned that we were the first guests after a recent renovation and the place looked incredible. Very thoughtfully laid out with everything at our fingertips. The hosts were super responsive to any questions we had and made it super easy for us. We had a ladies weekend and we were a group of 8. We had plenty of space for everyone to play board games and hang out when it rained and when it was sunny there was plenty of outdoor activities to do with the available kayaks and canoes. Lots of nature to see in the area too, we stopped by Rock Dunder for a quick hike, which the host recommended and the views were amazing. We would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The three-bedroom, two-bathroom house was clean, spacious, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms were thoughtfully supplied with plenty of toiletries, towels, and even hairdryers, which was a really nice touch. The kitchen had everything we could want—including a Keurig with coffee pods. The location on the water was absolutely stunning, providing peaceful views and a great spot to unwind. There was a shed full of games like cornhole, which added to the fun, and while we didn’t get a chance to use the pedal boat or kayaks, it was great knowing they (and life preservers) were available for us. Overall, a perfect getaway spot—we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This cottage was right on the lake and was extremely peaceful. Kayaks and paddle boards were so much fun! It’s a short trip away from 1000 islands which was so worth it!!

Maria’s home was beautiful with a spectacular view right on the water. We enjoyed time on the dock, kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing in the bay. Maria was kind enough to provide us wood for the fire pit and the kids loved cooking s’mores at night. The hot tub was relaxing after a long day exploring the area. Maria’s home was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. Thank you Maria for being a wonderful host and sharing your beautiful home!

The house was fantastic. We stayed there while my daughter competed in a hockey tournament in Kingston. It was an easy drive to the city. The place was clean, had games for the kids, and plenty to do outdoors. There are a few grocery/quickie stores just a few minutes away and a couple of restaurants. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of much needed space after a long car ride. We would totally book this place again for the next tournament. Thanks Simon and Winnie for a great trip!

We stayed at Luisa’s place for just under a week to celebrate my daughter graduating from Queen’s. We figured it would be nicer to stay in a hour than in a hotel and we weren’t wrong! The location of Luiza’s place is unbelievably beautiful. The lake is calm and secluded and surrounded by forest. The property is set up gorgeously and well maintained. Where-ever you are on the property you’re met with stunning views. Inside we enjoyed a fantastic kitchen that was well stocked as well as an open living space that allowed us to gather. The heated bathroom floors were a great touch. Quick disclaimer (that did not bother us at all, but for future travelers): Luiza isn’t kidding when she says its cliff side! Keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues. Thank you for opening your lovely home for us for such a special occasion.

Wonderful week out on the river! Beautiful waterfront property, well taken care of, clean and modern inside cottage. Screened in porch was perfect for the cooler weather to snuggle up with a good book.

We had a wonderful stay at Anne's place. The stairs are very steep, but the handrail is very sturdy. We had everything we needed. We loved all the beautiful decor and how the old house has been redone to become this beauty. The beds were super comfortable and the house was able to fit all 6 of us comfortably for 5 days. We appreciated the availability of the kayaks and the close proximity to the pond where the water is super calm for beginner kayakers. Anne was quick to respond to any questions we had. The driveway is big enough for 3-4 vehicles. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your absolutely stunning home!

We had an amazing stay at the Mellow Yellow Cottage! We are a family of four and invited my parents. The Cottage was so clean, spacious and had a lot of personality. We all left happy and relaxed! The kitchen is renovated and had every appliance, dish and utensil we could have needed and more. We spent loads of time on the water and on the dock. I was grateful for the qty and variety of water “toys”. My 9 year old and 16 year old were kept busy. The fire pit was used every night as was the pool table. It was quiet and private and was the perfect tranquil escape for your family. It was nice to have grocery stores and restaurants within 15 -20 min. The visit to Kingston for a few hours was also enjoyable. Overall amazing stay, highly recommend for families of varying ages. Host was engaged and proactive.

We (couple, mid 40s) travel twice or three times a year and generally stay in holiday homes and we have never been in a house that comfortable, homely and tastefully decorated. The garden and lakeshore are just beautiful and calm and we would have loved to stay even longer. The house was equiped with everything we could think of and the communication with Robert and Kirsten was perfect. We hope to come back.

Despite the weather, we enjoyed paddling Gan Lake and admiring its abundant nature. The cottage was clean, spacious and well furnished so that we also enjoyed our time indoors. The shirt that I forgot a year ago was waiting for me. We wholeheartedly recommend Danielle's cottage and hospitality!

We LOVED our quick stay here with Carol! She was extremely responsive and helpful…. Like texting a friend~ I felt very comfortable dealing with her! We are already looking for more times to come back~ simply stunning~ We loved a place with no pets allowed! No worries of smells and allergies! Can we retire here?! Thanks guys~ So friendly in the office with Kristin answering all our questions too! Definitely returning! Loved our Happy Place at Angel Rock!!!!💕✨

Amanda and Eric were excellent hosts. The Dog House on Dog Lake was just as described. Amanda and Eric were very friendly hosts. They greeted us upon arrival and then totally respected our privacy. We enjoyed the cottage and all the amenities. The Dog House was very clean and well stocked with useful items. We were 25 min. from Kingston which allowed us to enjoy a show at The Grand Theatre and a boat tour of The Thousand Islands. This is a great place to stay. We highly recommend it. Really good spot. Actually felt comfortable and clean unlike a lot of other Airbnbs. The place had solid and comfortable furnishings. It was quiet and peaceful. Would stay again.

Big group of us stayed there fishing the salmon river nearby. Place was spot on and everything as described. Really couldn’t ask for more. 15 mins from Pulaski loved the location and everything the house offered.

Matt and Rebecca are incredible hosts and super-helpful. We brought our boat and it was so nice to use the dock in front of the house! The house and its construction are such a cool family story and you can tell they put their hearts and souls into its construction. The beach area was a hit with the kids. I would most definitely stay here again.
