Holiday rentals with beach access in Lyme

Our stay here was very pleasant. This was a first-time , last minute family visit for us, and we are already trying to figure out when we can come back. It was important to us to be in a safe and convenient location. This plase was exactly that! We were close to local shops, restaurants and easy access to multiple boat ramps and peefect parking for our boat. The place was neat, clean and comfortable! Everything was as pictured! Communication was proactive and quick with a reply. I would recommend to any of my friends or family to stay here. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the mattress was firm. I prefer a softer bed, but that is just my personal preference. The rest of my family was completely fine!

Thank you Lorrie for being a fantastic host. It made our stay to the 1,000 Islands and St. Lawrence Seaway comfortable and enjoyable.

This is the second year we have stayed at Rons, and it still exceeded all of our expectations. Beautiful home in a wonderful area! We will be back again for sure!

Had a great time, spotless place that looked exactly like the pictures, and the view was incredible. We spend a lot of time at the river during summer months , first time in a long while that we’ve been there in the winter, the apartment was cozy and nice considering the temperatures outdoors were “cold”.

We had a great time at this big house, a beautiful location with a great view, and we were able to see different animals, the kids were happy. Close to cruises to the 1000 islands and hiking trails in Charleston Park, a real change of scenery. A big thank you to our host Gregory for his kindness, hospitality and advice . I would recommend it .

From it's enchanting exposed stone wall and rustic wood flooring to the spacious and well-maintained open concept apartment, including a comfortable king sized bed, this is a space that must be seen to appreciated. The kitchen comes well-appointed and the upscale bathroom finishes truly impress. Wonderfully hosted and operated, this is one that does not disappoint!

We spent an unforgettable Thanksgiving weekend at Robert’s house. This house is more than just an accommodation, its a whole experience of slow countryside living at its best. The house is beautiful, filled with light and books. It is well lived in and has everything that you might need. We were happy to find the fully operational kitchen as we needed to cook the Thanksgiving dinner. Even though we brought a lot of cooking supplies with us, we could totally skip it - the kitchen has everything that you might need. The heating works well, we only needed to turn it on for couple hours in the evening. Robert was proactive and left us very detailed instructions. So if you hesitate whether you should book this place or not, let this review be a sign for you. Come stay at the Bell house and let your dream of a cottage in the woods cme true. Thank you for having us, Robert!

Collin’s camp had just what we needed for a recent visit to family! We were grateful to find a place where we could bring our pups. The view is so peaceful and it was a great place to relax during a busy family weekend!

Our family gathered in Watertown to have Thanksgiving with our son who lives there and is stationed at Ft. Drum. We wanted a nice place on the water where the adults could stay and the family could gather for Thanksgiving dinner. Jane's place was nice and cozy for the adults who stayed and enjoyed by all who came for dinner. Jane was responsive to any communications and helpful when we thought our stay may have to be extended due to the threat of 60+ inches of lake effect snow. We were able to check out on time and would love to return when we could truly enjoy the yard, water access, kayaks etc.

I cannot go on enough about Heather and Lisa! They were both wonderful, answering any questions immediately. Everything was EXACTLY as described. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry and provides corporate trainings for a major hotel brand to ensure the best quest experience for over 20 years I was so impressed with the attention to detail , responsiveness, and genuine effort to make the guest experience one that is truly memorable! We were here for a very special occasion with a lot moving parts and having never used air bnb before I was extremely nervous but Heather immediately put me at ease! In fact we had our heart set on another unit (!different host )in close proximity but it rented before we could confirm dates and I am SO HAPPY IT DID!!!Thank you Heather!!!

I can’t express how amazing this place was. There were signs made up all around the house to answer any questions you may have. I reached out to our hosts mid stay and got a response immediately. They even reached out to give us a heads up about possible power outages (we did not lose power). But I truly appreciated them reaching out as we were out at a wedding.

Although we stayed in the off-season, Andrew's place included all of the amenities we were seeking. I'm sure it will be even more enjoyable during the summer months.
