Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lyme

We loved our stay at Rodman. It was a rainy week, so we weren’t able to spend too much time outside, but the house was very cozy. I appreciated Erick’s recommendations. There are several restaurants that are quite close considering you feel as if you’re in your own world at the house. The house has everything you could need. Recommend a side trip to Sacketts Harbor.

Sami's house is bright and clean. The space was exactly as described. For our purposes it was perfect. Sami is a very kind and responsive host. Sami is 110%.

So glad we found this amazing place! It is nestled off the road in a quiet, beautiful location. The downstairs area is spacious, with a pool table and a dart board. The electric fireplace was such a nice addition for the colder than usual evening. Penny was such a great host! Fun filled fact- the space is filled with such pretty photos. I was so interested in them that I looked up the photographer and turns out it was Penny! I ended up purchasing a few pieces and I can’t wait to add them to my space at home! Such a great find! We were costing our dd and sil right before they deployed to Syria. Perfect location to enjoy time with them. Was here in February and this was a much better place than the abnb above goodfellows. She does have coffee for her Keurig or for a pot of coffee including filters but stop on the way in for cream.

This was my third stay at this lovely spot in Kingston, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. It truly feels like a home away from home — something that’s so important when you’re on the road. The space is cozy, clean, and welcoming, and it’s just five minutes from my hosting cosmetic teeth cleaning clinic, which makes it incredibly convenient for us. Highly recommended!

Myself and family spent several days at Sarah’s home in Sackets Harbor. We found the home and area exactly as was described, Sarah’s home was clean, comfortable and well stocked and Sarah was a great host, quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our arrival. Sackets Harbor is a gem of a little village, quiet , pretty and filled with kind local folks and great restaurants easily walkable from Sarah’ s home. Close enough to Canada for a day trip, very close to 1000 islands area for a nice boat ride, or just to relax for a few days away from home. Worth a return trip and would definitely stay at Sarah’s place again. !!

Larry was a fantastic host. The space was outstanding, comfortable accommodations in ALL regards. My wife, son and I were passing through Watertown on our way to a wedding and it was the perfect space for R and R. Quiet, cozy, peaceful, and overall a beautifully maintained home. This is one of the top Airbnb’s in Kingston. The location is right downtown and walkable to anywhere that most visitors and locals frequent. The apartment has everything you need to feel right at home. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is lovely (deep tub) and awesome shower, the kitchen is equipped with whatever you need to cook just about anything. Their beautiful back patio which is located on the rooftop above the delicious sandwich shop below is a fantastic way to unwind. No detail is forgotten, complete with personalized welcome sign. Kurt and Nicole are lovely hosts who truly care about providing their guests with the most positive experience possible. Easy and quick communication, to any questions/concerns as well as detailed updates and suggestions of best places to eat and visit while staying in Kingston. This is just one of their unique and highly sought after properties. Look out for these hosts when booking, you will not be disappointed!!!

The place was super cute and homey! The aesthetic was adorable, and all of the appliances were spankin new and clean. The Murphy bed was cozy and the home theater was awesome. I loved that you can heat the recliner and the massage setting was nice as well. Vanessa was very responsive and helpful to answer any questions we had about the place! The process of checking in and out was easy and straightforward. A lovely little place to stay overall. 😊
