A new, very modern suite with a grand, large master bedroom and a large 2nd bedroom, living room with large, up-to+date TV, large, beautiful kitchen, perfect bathroom. it also has lots and lots of lighting. This is an apartment yhSt most of us would be pleased to live in.

Studio has everything that you need. Very convenient for a short term stay / business trip.

My stay at Johnathon's airbnb was excellent. It is a beautiful space and had everything that anyone could need. The location is very private with beautiful surroundings. I got to see both a turtle and a wild turkey in the backyard. It was very peaceful and quiet, which I really appreciated. It is in a very safe location, and the location was also very convenient for me for getting everywhere I was going, and was very close to my daughter's house. Thank you for a great stay Johnathon!

I've had some great Airbnb hosts, but Johanna tops them all! I've never seen a host be as responsive, proactive, present, and diligent as Johanna. She ensures the place was always spotless and all amenities were well-stocked. The kitchen had plenty of cereals, pastas, and condiments; I had everything I needed to cook and bake when needed; and the bathroom was consistently clean — always a concern when sharing with other guests. In the week I stayed, as other guests came and went, I met a cavalcade of characters, all of them quiet and respectful. Most kept to themselves, but a few were happy to trade travel tales and tips with me! The location was great, too: I had a dedicated off-street parking spot, and the Minuteman Bikeway was only steps away, leading me to all the essentials at Trader Joe's and Walgreens. I love Arlington, and now I know where best to enjoy it from! Thanks, Johanna!
