Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Jaco

Gustavo was very understanding of our situation. I can only say it was a great stay, and I appreciate his working with us. The place and view were beautiful. It was an easy walk to the restaurant and the beach right there. The security guards at the gate were great and very helpful! They took care of us and ensured that if we had any questions or needed a cab, they were there to help! It was quiet and a great spot if you want to get away and relax! Thank you so much, Gustavo. Great place to stay!

The place is comfortable and you have everything you need to spend time as a family, the only inconvenience is in the evenings, the apartment is located near the elevator and it is common to hear the noise of people talking or walking, this is heard from the main room, also when the lights in the corridor were turned on that little amount of light entered the main room, they are not great negative things but if they can be improved. Outside of that the place is excellent for the location by the pool, the ease of everything.

Great place to stay. Matthew and Lauren were very quick/flawless with response times. The place was clean, had complimentary items as well, which the stay even more comfortable. Definitely will be using this place again on my next trip (if available). 5 Stars. 15/10. Thanks Matthew and Lauren for allowing me to use your place.

This was an amazing condo; every room had a partial view of the ocean. The staff at the condo complex were courteous and always helpful. It was a good location, away from noisy bars, but within (long) walking distance or a short drive to all the Jaco bars and restaurants. Laura had some restaurant suggestions which were excellent. We’ve stayed in dozens of condos over the years; this was the best or close.

Caroline is a first-class host! She's responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, with many luxurious touches not commonly found in AirBNBs. The condo is in a lovely, guard-gated development and very private. Check-in was flexible and easy, and she provided a comprehensive booklet about the condo and area, including contact data, activities, shopping, dining recommendations, spa treatments, etc. The condo includes Los Suenos Beach Club access, which is outstanding and across the street from the development. There is also a private pool right behind the condo. In addition to being a great place to stay, Caroline made our vacation extra special by providing personal touches like special towels for make-up removal, helpful notes, gourmet coffee, Turkish beach towels, etc. In short, our stay was outstanding! A solid five stars, and I highly recommend Caroline's place to all!

Randall was the perfect host. We requested early check in because of an engagement we needed to attend early in the day and he worked with us. We would highly recommend his home. Perfect experience for the first time at Costa Rica.

Very nice condo! decoration of the apartment was very appealing. Everything was super comfortable specially if you’re traveling with kids,…we would have liked to stay longer! Thank you very much especially for answering all of our questions within minutes!

Absolutely gorgeous view. (Even better than photos). Accommodations were as described. Pool was relaxing. Several really good restaurants within walking distance and on the beach. Will definitely rent again if we decide to visit Costa Rica again.

Great location, steps away from the beach. Josefina was very friendly and responsive. The place is clean, secure, and quiet. I would highly recommend it.

I had a great stay at Camiel's place. I liked it so much I stayed for almost two months. It is very clean and safe and although there is some noise from the street and gym on the second floor I got use to it very quickly and had no problem sleeping. The apartment itself had plenty of hot water, a big screen TV with Netflix, good air conditioning and excellent WiFi suitable for streaming, Zoom calls, online work, etc. I also like that there is a washer and dryer available in the building which was very convenient. The location is also excellent with it bieng only a few steps from the main strip in Jaco where all the action is and about a three minute walk to the ocean. I recommend this place to any future travelers to Jaco and it will be where I stay when I return.

Great host, great amenities inside the condo, great communication, great location and very helpful throughout our stay.

Fabricio was extremely friendly and responsive from the start, answering all questions we had, even on Sunday morning! We had an amazing time and the house was beautifully decorated and had everything one could possibly need, even an EV charger which was situated right where you park your car - something that stood out by far. Beaches and restaurants all short driving distance. Next trip to Herradura will have to be at Casa Moa!

She made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were not alone and also made us feel comfortable. The space is modern, clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The amenities here are so amazing and worth it. I would definitely recommend Kattia for all travel accommodations and needs.

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

Wildlife Wonderland in Playa Hermosa – Unforgettable Stay! We had the most incredible stay at this mountain resort near Playa Hermosa, just minutes from Jacó Beach. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and nestled in a peaceful, natural setting — truly a hidden gem. Ocean views of both Playa Hermosa and Playa Jaco! Each morning we woke up to the sounds of tropical birds singing, and most afternoons we got to watch monkeys swinging through the trees right from the patio. It felt like being in a private nature reserve! I even spotted toucans and scarlet macaws flying overhead — absolutely magical. The location is ideal: Playa Hermosa is calm and uncrowded, perfect for relaxing or surfing, and Jacó is just a short drive away if you want great food and nightlife. The house had everything we needed — comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, and a beautiful swimming pool. Carlos was a wonderful host — very welcoming, responsive, and full of helpful local tips.
