David’s place was great! You cannot beat the location and view. We were so thankful we chose this place, it was close to everything and he is a great host. We’d love to come back!

Wow!!! A perfect stay ! Beyond Expectations! I had an absolutely amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, Yuri was there to help for a smooth check in process. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured (if not better). That view in photos is a must see in person because WOW!! The host Yuri went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful with all the little touches that made a big difference. The location was ideal—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, and laundry room set up showed real care and quality. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat. We had a great stay in Jaco! The space was very comfortable—the bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bathrooms were spotless. The security staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made us feel even more at ease. The walk to the beach was super short and convenient. Overall, a great place to stay!

Very grateful to Thomas, he was always attentive and communicative during our stay. Very nice place with a nice view and central, the amenities of the building are in very good condition and very useful too, in short we would stay in this apartment again.

Very responsive host. Easy checkin. One of the best features is you do not have to worry about your car at all. It is in a private gated community with a 24/7 guard. It is not right in the center of Jaco where all the loud and noisy bars are but it’s close enough to easily walk to them if you wanted to. Right across the street is a liquor store and there is also a coffee shop in the same block. A grocery store as well. Very well located.

Our stay was great. Felt right at home. Had all the amenities listed. Some extra blankets would’ve been great but besides that everything was amazing. Pool and mini golf was a fantastic amenity though you do have to make a reservation for mini golf. Brian was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. We especially enjoyed hanging around the pool and deck area. The host even had a few pool toys set out and our kids loved them. Beds are very comfortable and the house is stocked with everything you need. Esterillos is a very quiet place away from the crowds. We would definitely stay here again.

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

I have stayed at Cassie’s place multiple times and there is a reason I keep coming back for extended stays. The house is amazing, the location is outstanding and the amenities are incredible. Her kitchen is super well outfitted with anything you could need and they poolside grill is perfect. I really couldn’t recommend this place or this host more highly.

Perfect location for tranquility, being close to nature and having restaurants and things to do nearby. This beautiful home has everything to offer to enjoy the full Costa Rican experience. Davy was always responsive and accommodating. We came to Costa Rica for our son’s wedding and hosted a larger party to introduce the two families together. The host was kind enough to accommodate, and it went very well! The home is modern and right up to nature. We saw monkeys, various birds and amazing views of the jungle and ocean. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

Excellent stay, everything was very nice. Only the guards at the main entrance were very slow and it seemed that they did not communicate with each other, it was the only uncomfortable thing

Diego’s place was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The space was very clean, well decorated, beds & pillows were comfortable, the AC was amazing and the pool was just outside the front door. There was also a washer/dryer and they included the detergent which was a nice touch. Diego was super responsive and friendly. We initially had an issue with not having hot water but we reached out and we figured out how to use it properly. As 3 girls traveling, we felt very safe there with the 24 hour security (guards were so nice). After a busy & adventure filled week in La Fortuna, it was nice oasis to wind down and relax in. It’s close to the beach (3 min drive or 12 min walk). There’s a great little restaurant across the street (Soda Garabrito), as well as a mini mart and ice cream shop (Pops). On the main street on the beach there are tons of food/bar options and a cute shopping area at Jacó Walk. We had a great dinner at Lemon Zest (get the guacamole with chicharrones)! Awesome stay!

Guillermo's place was very comfortable and clean. There was AC in both bedrooms and the living room. We did not get to go to the pool since we stayed one night stay only. He gave clear check in instructions that were easy to follow. I like that it is inside a private area and it was very quiet. I would recommend his place to others.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. It was very clean and well furnished. The pool outside felt great ! The area is very secure and has tight security so it gives you a peace of mind. The kitchen while not often used had everything one can ask for. The Airbnb is located close to bars and restaurants. The AC works really good here and the beds were comfortable. Thanks for the stay !

This is a perfect place for our group of seven. Awesome and beautiful place. Brittany was great, very responsive and very helpful.

First of all, congratulating Mary on the excellent attention and respectful treatment she gave us at all times, the place is really beautiful and close to restaurants and supermarkets. The access to the beach is 5 minutes walk, just cross a street and you are enjoying the best sunsets. The place is spotless and provided with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely visit again!!

We had a great stay here. There was an initial issue but the host did what they could to resolve it right away. If I was ever in the area again I would definitely consider staying here again.
