Modern practical and nice. Great place and very convenient location. Claudia is an excellent host.

Everything was fine, only the little detail that bothered us in terms of health, that smoking is allowed in the facilities and the smell is quite uncomfortable and unpleasant both in the pool and in the apartment. However, Priscila was attentive to give us answers at all times.

The view and location are outstanding, as is the pool and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well organized and clean. When we arrived, the AC in the master bedroom wasn’t working — but the property manager sent maintenance out immediately and it was running well within an hour and a half. The condo is lovely and spacious, and the view, location, and pool could not be better. The furnishings and cabinetry have seen some rental wear over the years, but everyting was clean - and the overall property is beautifully maintained.

We enjoyed this condo very much, especially the proximity to the beautiful pool! Being on the first floor was perfect so we could easily go in and out. Sitting on the patio every morning drinking coffee and listening to the waves was wonderful. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and Jacó was a good location in terms of proximity to the airport and activities that we wanted to experience. I hope we can come back and visit this beautiful place again!

I had the most pleasant stay at Jaco Bay. The Airbnb looked just like the photos, and don’t get me started on the beds in the bedrooms. They were so comfortable. The concierge, Jasmin was so helpful in setting up transportation to/from the airport, setting up tours, or even providing a list of local restaurants. That made the experience much more enjoyable. I truly will love to come back solely based off the way I was treated!

A condominium equipped to make a stay with all the amenities, very close to all the commerce of Jacó and its beach, however with the tranquility we need families. The TVs do not have cable so you need platforms, very used currently. The elevators work very well but they had a protector that increased the heat in it should be removed or look for ventilation mechanisms inside.

The place is superb! I loved how easy access was, the house was spotless, and we loved the different spaces. I went as a family and liked that they had some things to play, my son and I took advantage of the space to play tennis and soccer in the green area next to the pool. Communication was excellent and my questions were always answered. Excellent host, super recommended!

Caroline is a first-class host! She's responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, with many luxurious touches not commonly found in AirBNBs. The condo is in a lovely, guard-gated development and very private. Check-in was flexible and easy, and she provided a comprehensive booklet about the condo and area, including contact data, activities, shopping, dining recommendations, spa treatments, etc. The condo includes Los Suenos Beach Club access, which is outstanding and across the street from the development. There is also a private pool right behind the condo. In addition to being a great place to stay, Caroline made our vacation extra special by providing personal touches like special towels for make-up removal, helpful notes, gourmet coffee, Turkish beach towels, etc. In short, our stay was outstanding! A solid five stars, and I highly recommend Caroline's place to all!

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

Really clean, nice apartment, each room has its own AC. If you are planning to cook , the kitchen has several robots to make your life easier, the pool offers a nice BBQ.

Excellent place, my family and I were delighted my children are definitely dying to come back, the attention was wonderful,the place was very warm, clean and very well equipped, the service provided by the host Armando was very kind, respectful in general his work is very high quality, I appreciate all the attention and definitely my family and I will return.

Beautiful & CLEAN condo with a path walking distance to beach! Had a small hiccup at check in however it was quickly addressed. The host was EXTREMELY responsive and super nice! I left some items in the room and she quickly notified me being honest and having integrity as some hosts may not be. I would DEFINITELY come back to stay if you are coming to Jaco! Great pool and amenities for working individuals like myself!

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

Jose’s condo was an amazing find. We stayed there with some family, and it was perfect for us to have our own bedrooms but also have a nice shared space to all spend time together. My parents stayed at a similar condo close by but ended up spending most of their time with us at Jose’s condo as it was a nicer place to hang out together. Jose was always responsive, came immediately to help us with any questions or to show us how to use appliances, and was so accommodating. Perfect place to walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, or just to relax.

Marks place is in the perfect location to enjoy all that Jaco has to offer. Super clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and really friendly.

Danilo’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in a bunch. It had a great vibe. Very clean, A/C worked great, kitchen has everything you need, beds were good, it felt private even with the pool just outside the gate. WiFi was excellent. There were kids playing in the pool, but that was at reasonable times and not disruptive at all. Danilo is a great communicator. We had no issues and we would rent Danilo’s condo again and again. And for those of us who don’t do stairs well any more, there weren’t any, single floor. This place was awesome!

I’ve stayed in multiple apartments at the Palms condominium over the years and this on is by far the best one. This place was very clean, organized, peaceful. I highly recommended. If you are looking to come and stay in the Jaco area this is definitely a good choice. 5 stars for sure!!

Today we bid farewell to that Beautiful place , a super equipped Condo, everything as it comes out in the photos , they helped me in everything I asked them, the place is BEAUTIFUL 😍 NATURE , SE BREATHING PEACE , we saw the white face monkeys, lapas and lazy bear we visit the two beaches Manta and white beach right there, the building is super close to the beach, it has many amenities. The beach club was also very relaxing and overlooking the sea, my family and I were delighted with the view of the balcony that has the nature that breathes , I recommend them to spend a family vacation, my family and I are sure that we will come back to ☺️😍😍😍Exelente 20/10 Punta Esmeralda I do not have a single complaint of nda nor the place nor Anfrition that I help us with everything . Absolutely gorgeous view. (Even better than photos). Accommodations were as described. Pool was relaxing. Several really good restaurants within walking distance and on the beach. Will definitely rent again if we decide to visit Costa Rica again.
