Amy’s place was perfect for us. The location was very nice and private, close to restaurants and close enough to many attractions. We loved the pool and enjoyed it as much as we could. Amy was very proactive, she gave us many good recommendations, checked in on us many times and overall was very friendly. We would definitely come back and stay there again.

A beautiful house! With very nice details in sight, my family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Super close to downtown, super safe, the pool is spectacular and she is an excellent host, very kind and diligent. We had a beautiful trip full of peace and tranquility.

5 Stars – Incredible Stay in Playa Hermosa! Our stay at this villa in Playa Hermosa near Jaco Beach was absolutely amazing. The home is nestled up in the mountains, offering stunning views of the ocean and surrounding jungle it’s a nature lover’s dream. We woke up to breathtaking scenery each morning and even spotted monkeys in the trees and some adorable bunnies hopping around! The villa itself was private, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The infinity pool was a major highlight, It was perfect place to unwind. The heads up to rent a 4x4 vehicle was helpful especially for the drive up the mountain. Early in the stay, the power went out briefly, but it was resolved quickly and didn’t affect our experience at all. Another standout moment was having a private chef arranged by the host! The food was great, and the chef even brought along a sweet little dog, which made the experience feel even more personal and warm. We loved every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!

Our family stayed for ten nights as a home base to explore the Pacific side of Costa Rica. The pool was fantastic! I especially enjoyed the bottom pool that doubles as hot tub (when my kids weren't in the upper half splashing the cold water into it). The pool is very large with lots of space for splashing, and there is so much wildlife and bird-watching off of the amazing porch and decks. We were mesmerized by the scarlet macaws that flew by and sometimes roosted nearby. Being in the mountains, you are literally in the clouds. It was other-worldly when they rolled in most afternoons. So cool! Indoors: we utilized the kitchen quite frequently, making dinner every night. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking. The living area was very comfortable and great for watching TV together in the evening. Bathrooms and bedrooms were well-appointed with what we needed, and the washer/dryer was great to have, as we are light packers and did get muddy some days. Overall a wonderful stay!

Very good location in Herradura, close to restaurants and supermarket. A very safe place and the house meets the conditions for vacationing or using as a stopover. Very friendly and always attentive host.

I mean where do I start… beautiful home I couldn’t pick a better place to spend my birthday if I come back to Costa Rica I will be coming back to this house Lara communicated perfectly and all her recommendations surpassed my expectations

We loved our stay at this home SO much. The team at Jaco Homes were incredibly helpful and helped make our trip a huge success. They had great restaurant recommendations, were very quick to message us back if we needed anything, and the home was spotless with stellar amenities. This was my first time in Costa Rica and their hospitality really made us feel right at home. We can't wait to return in the future! We highly recommend booking this home.... you won't regret it!

Yojaira's place is exactly as described. Loved the oceanfront vibe and proximity to a grocery store and various places to eat. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others looking for a reliable and clean place to situate yourself in the Jaco Beach area.

This place was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the Main Street area to eat but far enough away for peace and quiet. It was nice eating breakfast on the porch, listening to the waves crash on the beach. Antonio was always quick to respond to any questions and to give his opinion on stuff to do locally. I would stay here again if we ever get back to CR. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

Very nice place, the cleanliness is impeccable, the hosts were very kind to us and were attentive, the place is cozy, they keep it very nice, you can see the love they have invested and it is very comfortable. The only drawback is the noise from the neighbors, but fortunately, inside the apartment, you don't hear much, so we spent a very quiet night. Very grateful for the good service and the cleanliness of the spectacular place!

Our stay at William's house in Jacó was excellent. The location is perfect, super central but within a quiet condominium. The house was impeccable, with nice details in the decoration, clean bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a super clean pool. The dining spaces, both inside and outside, are ideal for sharing with family or friends. It is important to know that, being in a condominium, there are rules to respect, but that does not prevent you from enjoying the place in a quiet way. It is a comfortable, beautiful and very well cared for space. I would recommend it 100% and I would definitely come back. Thank you William for being an excellent host!

Such an amazing stay all around. The place is absolutely stunning and the most beautiful view to wake up to in the morning. The host are so helpful and absolutely amazing. We went for my fiancés birthday and they helped decorate to surprise him! They also got us groceries before we arrived since we got in late. The location is an easy drive to everything around. The house is exactly as described, beautiful, clean, private, and fully equipped. They even had a book with recommendations for everything you could imagine. 1000/10 stay. 100% recommend!!! Also the AC works amazing :)

Great host, and great stay! Place exactly as described and very clean! Very safe location with security at front entrance. About 15 minute walk to the strip or 4 min car ride. Didn’t get to check out the pool during my stay but very close to the beach. Highly recommend!

Loved this house. Spent a week here and felt at home. Host is very responsive and helpful with all needs. Host also helps with airport transportation and other fun things in the area!

Beautiful home in a very convenient and peaceful location. House is well stocked with anything you may need from kitchen utensils to beach chairs and pool towels. Host was very helpful and responsive, truly appreciate her hospitality and helpful recommendations on restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful. Everything about it was high spec and very good quality. Gabriel was excellent at check-in. The private pool was wonderful and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The walk into the town centre is about 15/20 mins. if we were staying longer we would hire a car or golf buggy. I would definitely stay again.

If we could give more than 5-stars we would. Before we even arrived, Kelly was so helpful, suggesting tours and giving us local travel tips. The house is gorgeous, the property is pristine, and the hosts were so accommodating. Book it now!

The house was in a perfect spot, quick access to stores, restaurants, bars, everything. We were a group of 6 & it never felt like we were on top of each other. Towels were available but you will need to bring your own wash cloths/loofah. Overall a great space to stay in Jacó
