Family-friendly holiday rentals in Jaco

Beautiful condo, we felt like royalty! Serene, up high from the hustle and bustle of Jaco, but easily accessible to lots of shops and restaurants.

Guillermo's place was very comfortable and clean. There was AC in both bedrooms and the living room. We did not get to go to the pool since we stayed one night stay only. He gave clear check in instructions that were easy to follow. I like that it is inside a private area and it was very quiet. I would recommend his place to others.

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

Randall was the perfect host. We requested early check in because of an engagement we needed to attend early in the day and he worked with us. We would highly recommend his home. Perfect experience for the first time at Costa Rica.

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

Our stay at Lauren’s place in Jacó was absolutely perfect! The home is beautiful, located in a quiet and peaceful part of town — just far enough from the main strip to feel relaxing, but still close enough to everything you might need. It had every amenity we could have asked for. You can tell Lauren has truly thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The check-in process was seamless, and Lauren was incredibly easy to communicate From start to finish, it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We would 100% recommend staying here if you’re visiting Jacó — you won’t be disappointed! ⸻

Nailed it with this location. We have never visited Costa Rica before & I can’t express how helpful Caesar was through the whole process with any questions I had. He was very quick to respond and always incredibly helpful. The house itself was a dream. It was much bigger than we actually needed, but it was nice to have the space to spread out. we felt very safe in Punta Leona. The views from the house were so incredibly gorgeous. Waking up every day to the sounds of the ocean and all the birds and wildlife all around will be missed, but we do hope to return one day. Hazel the housekeeper comes every day and she is such a special person. She was also very helpful. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. We saw tons of monkeys, iguanas, scarlet macawas, and many other birds from the house. Plays Blanca was wonderful to snorkel every day. We watched sea turtles hatch from the beach and snorkeling with sea turtles & colorful fish. It was perfect.

Great Stay! BIgest issue is that I forgot to buy sarsan wrap and none was in the closet with lots of EVERYTHING that you may need. No problems. Thanks for the great stay. See you again!

So first off, I had booked the wrong dates by accident and Carlos assisted me asap to move the dates to the correct days. So always responsive and so helpful! But once we got there, omg it was exactly what I hoped for. Beautiful beaches, a few restaurants in walking distance. Jaco is not a far drive but we really enjoyed playa hermosa. I thought the beach was nicer there then jaco. AC was so awesome on a hot days, so happy about that. Also Carlos is nice enough to let you eat the mangos and other fruit there, which were so yummy. Overall, 5/5 rating! Clean, great communication, relaxing and close to everything. When I come back to Costa Rica I’ll be staying here again.

We had an absolutely heavenly stay at Jan's; it was our second time in this lovely place, a perfect escape far from the crowds. The location is incredibly peaceful, with the tranquility we craved while still being close to restaurants, supermarkets, and everything you may need. The place has everything you need to cook, making it feel like a true home away from home. The internet connection was flawless, which made working remotely a breeze. As usual, Jan was attentive and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and seamless. We can’t wait to return to this slice of paradise!

This villa is truly breathtaking. Very spacious and close enough to both Jaco & Playa Hermosa. I would say try to get up to the villa during check-in hours as it gets dark quickly in CR and it’s hard to see up the hills in the dark. Thomas is a super responsive host & the property manager Laura is extremely helpful. This villa offers daily cleaning and if any issues arise they are fixed within hours. I enjoyed my stay and I would return again! There will be bugs so be prepared but the bug spray provided by the cleaning ladies and keeping the doors closed did help a lot!

The place was immaculately clean, well equipped and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent, quiet and safe, ideal for resting and at the same time close to everything you need. The host was very kind and attentive from the start, always available to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and carefree experience. Thank you for everything!

Great family holiday in a beautiful country, peaceful settings & your really feel like your in the jungle with the iguanas & unbelievable array of colourful birds.

Great stay! Two blocks from downtown, walkable. We rented bikes from a neighbor. Pool was perfect. Safe neighborhood. We're already planning another stay👍🏽

We had a wonderful stay. The area is great and the condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might want to use to make a great meal. The a/c worked great! The view of the pool was nice and it was a very short walk to go to use it. The only complaint I have, and this is absolutely just a preference, the beds are very firm. I like a comfy bed and these beds were much more firm than I prefer. Not a deal breaker though. I would stay there again!

A great place to stay for a larger group or a family. We celebrated our birthday there with a few friends. We enjoyed the stay! You have everything you need - sea, pool, your privacy, a few restaurants! The place was perfect for us! Also, Cat is a really great host! The gentleman on site was also very kind. He even got us coconuts from a palm tree and cut them open. It was a great weekend. ♥️ The place is lovely too. Here, too, you have everything you need. There are many iguanas in the accommodation, which was super exciting and nice to see! We also saw a lot of macaws. At night, the street is a bit noisy and we heard the thunder very loudly. So it's worth packing earplugs. Nevertheless, the location and access to the pool and sea were so great that the noise at night did not bother us.

The host for beyond amazing, very helpful and responsive, helped us plan last minute activities… I would recommend. 10 out of 10

Perfecto! Lynn’s place was exactly as described, very clean, and the gardens were beautiful. Most evenings we had cocktails in the pool and watched the Scarlet Macaws fly back to their nests. It was magical. We couldn’t have asked for more accommodating hosts than Lynn and Billy. I feel like I’ve know them for 30+ years! We will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described if not better. The location is perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Communication with John was flawless; he was responsive, helpful, and made everything super easy. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. I’d 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time. First option if go back again

We stay for 4 days and let me tell you we travel the world but this Condo is amazing. what a view and location with too many thing to do at walking distance. Condo is nice and clean and top off all best view of beach. I highly recommend to anyone like to enjoy and have a fun at safe and clean place. AAA+++ Host
