Beach apartment holiday rentals in Jaco

Jose’s condo was an amazing find. We stayed there with some family, and it was perfect for us to have our own bedrooms but also have a nice shared space to all spend time together. My parents stayed at a similar condo close by but ended up spending most of their time with us at Jose’s condo as it was a nicer place to hang out together. Jose was always responsive, came immediately to help us with any questions or to show us how to use appliances, and was so accommodating. Perfect place to walk to restaurants, shops, the beach, or just to relax.

Everything was fine, only the little detail that bothered us in terms of health, that smoking is allowed in the facilities and the smell is quite uncomfortable and unpleasant both in the pool and in the apartment. However, Priscila was attentive to give us answers at all times.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and for the price it is an excellent stay. It is located in a resort so you are able to enjoy all the amenities and the staff was extremely friendly. One thing to note is that besides the restaurants in the resort, the closest restaurants are about a mile away.

The place is exactly as described, well stocked. Everything works. In general, very comfortable.

A condominium equipped to make a stay with all the amenities, very close to all the commerce of Jacó and its beach, however with the tranquility we need families. The TVs do not have cable so you need platforms, very used currently. The elevators work very well but they had a protector that increased the heat in it should be removed or look for ventilation mechanisms inside.

The place is superb! I loved how easy access was, the house was spotless, and we loved the different spaces. I went as a family and liked that they had some things to play, my son and I took advantage of the space to play tennis and soccer in the green area next to the pool. Communication was excellent and my questions were always answered. Excellent host, super recommended!

A fantastic stay. Even in times of weather uncertainty the hosts went above and beyond. The pool is awesome and nearby the beach. It’s a stay that allowed us to have access to jaco in its entirety and I recommend anyone give it a try!!

Excellent place, my family and I were delighted my children are definitely dying to come back, the attention was wonderful,the place was very warm, clean and very well equipped, the service provided by the host Armando was very kind, respectful in general his work is very high quality, I appreciate all the attention and definitely my family and I will return.

Our stay at Damien’s place was perfect for our family. The place was clean, in a great location (walkable to many restaurants, the beach, stores, etc) and access to the pool was perfect for us and our 3 year old. Damien was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He helped us with local tours, recommendations, and set us up with items for our daughter specially. The kind of host you wish for every time! Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay. The area is great and the condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might want to use to make a great meal. The a/c worked great! The view of the pool was nice and it was a very short walk to go to use it. The only complaint I have, and this is absolutely just a preference, the beds are very firm. I like a comfy bed and these beds were much more firm than I prefer. Not a deal breaker though. I would stay there again!

The condos wee really nice, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The design of the pool in front the condos upon entry are a really nice touch. It was very comfortable and peaceful staying here. The location is very close to the Jaco town area where you can access restaurants, supermarkets, night life & much more. Very pleased with my stay here!

Great views with plenty of room for the crew. All amenities were in working order. It is a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, stores and banks. Maid service is not included but I found it not to be necessary because Brittany provided plenty of extra blankets, sheets and towels. Overall a 5 star experience and I can’t wait to return.

Philip's Condo is beautiful, clean, and exactly matches the photos and descriptions. Philip is responsive and flexible and kind. The airbnb was the perfect place to spend some quality family time and I recommend this airbnb. There is a fun pool which saved us a little bit as the beach was not very kid friendly when we were there due to heavy currents and the rain flooding bringing a lot of debris to the beach. However, I assume when the weather is a bit better the beach could be a lot of fun. Certainly Philip, in addition to providing a beautiful, peaceful, and fun environment, also provides some great beach toys such as chairs, umbrellas, and buggy boards. THANK YOU so much for that. I am grateful to have had the experience at Philip's penthouse condo and would stay there again. I agree with the many other reviews that the condo is conveniently located to many restaurants, stores, a supermarket, beauty salon, etc. When in Jaco, stay at Philip's condo! Thanks again!!!
