Great place for overnight stay next to easy busy road. Nice fireplace! Just during the snow melting period, it was muddy in the courtyard but not a big problem for us.

Great place! We had a little trouble with heat but it was something that we didn't communicate to the landlord, so I don't think it's a problem, it's probably just set up.

This is an absolutely gorgeous place that would highly recommend. A real farmer's idyll, with a lovely farmyard, a house you want to move into, and walk you a hundred meters down the road you have a swimming area that provides fresh bathrooms and postcard photos. Newly built and thus of modern cut, good amenities, perfectly well equipped kitchen, good beds and hefty TV, fast wifi! Located very nicely next to Drevdag's nature reserve and lots of opportunities for scenic adventures. Smooth contact with the host and great info.

We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s place. The house is beautifully designed, spotless, and feels just like home. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and BBQs, and our kids loved exploring the nearby forest and relaxing by the bonfire. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway and scenic hikes. Sadly, the weather kept us from using the kayak and SUP, but we still had a great time. Highly recommended!

The big family of 10 people had three nights in this amazingly great house. Lovely location with a great hiking area just outside. Both children and grandchildren settled in the house which had everything we needed for our stay in Kongsvinger. Mari was a friendly and helpful host. Responded quickly to messages if there was anything we were wondering about. We would gladly come again. Would definitely recommend.

Camilla's place is so beautiful. The place is comfortable, cosy and very well-stocked with amenities. The star, of course, is the beautiful surrounding nature which can be easily enjoyed from the terrace. Particularly recommended for bird-watchers! Access to the metro is very easy and convenient. Camilla is very friendly, responsive and helpful but respected our privacy. Looking forward to staying again in future.

Great apartment, we felt very much at home. The apartment looks like the photos and is very, very clean. You just have to know that it's a basement apartment. This means that there are some steep, narrow stairs to negotiate. The only suggestion for improvement concerns the bed. You can feel the springs of the mattress and the whole bed rocks as your partner turns. But that is our subjective feeling. We'd love to come back and have a good time on the small terrace. The apartment was so clean and comfortable. Great area and I thought it was beautiful. I had questions about the train and he was more than helpful. Very personable host and made my stay very enjoyable.

Our vacation in Lillehammer was absolutely fantastic, thanks in large part to our wonderful stay in this charming cottage. We spent eight days there at the beginning of March. The cottage is cozy and charming, yet equipped with all modern conveniences. The sauna and shower were a welcome treat after a day in the cold, and the fully equipped kitchen was very convenient. There was more than enough cookware available. The location is beautiful, right on a stunning lake. Opposite the cottage, the (natural) ice skating rink begins, which is prepared every year! The children entertained themselves for hours with the Lego in the playroom – what a brilliant idea! The beds were fine, and it was nice to sit by the fireplace in the evenings, with the complimentary firewood that was provided. With Hafjell & Kvitfjell a short distance away, it's the perfect location for snowboarding and skiing. Tip: visit the (partially) frozen Flokofalletwaterfall and real bobsleighing were made the stay great.

My partner and I stayed at Nuno’s place for two nights while snowboarding in Trysil, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. Nuno is a gracious and attentive host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well looked after. The accommodation was cozy, comfortable, and spotless, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it truly special. Based on previous reviews, we decided to try Nuno’s home-cooked meals, and we’re so glad we did! He’s an exceptional chef, and the food was one of the highlights of our stay. We highly recommend staying at Nuno’s, you won’t be disappointed!

We (a family of six and a dog) spent two relaxing weeks in the cottage. In the 1st week, thanks to the sunny weather, we just spent time on the private jetty, went swimming & explored the lake via SUP. In the 2nd, cooler week, we enjoyed the peace & quiet of the area around the cottage, sat around the campfire, visited Karlstad, Arvika & Charlottenberg & picked blueberries while hiking! If you want to take home a hand-carved souvenir, you should stop by the Sneckarboa-house in Fredros! Mattias was always available via phone to answer our questions (but actually the great cottage manual is all you need) and welcomed us with a little present! The cottage is cosily furnished and offered us everything we needed. But, if you're looking for luxury, you're in the wrong place. We had to get used to the noise from the road, mainly at closing time, but after a few days we no longer noticed it. We really enjoyed our time here!

Nina is a very lovely host. She responds immediately and helped us with finding activities and things to do in the area. She also invited us over for some mulled wine and prepared a bonfire for us. The view from the house is amazing, the interior is cosy, perfect for a cosy getaway

Very complete cottage in a very nice location. Nice homely atmosphere overlooking a lake. By car you are at 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes. The beds in the master bedroom are just sufficient.
