Farmstay holiday rentals in Hedmark

This was a wonderful place to stay. An authentically historic home with the beauty of old wood, the original large pine table and working old hearth. Yet it had all the comforts we expect and was spotlessly clean. There were several additional historic buildings on the large working farm. The view from the dining table and either porch is breathtaking. Best for us was Inga’s exceptional friendliness and the invaluable help she gave us in tracking down information on local family heritage. A reminder to bring your own shower toiletries. Exceptional place to stay!

Henning is a very nice host. We felt very comfortable. Anyone who reads the listing will definitely not be disappointed. For me with a height of 191 cm, the doors were already very small. I hit my head twice vigorously. After that, I knew the height. Gala is a dream for cross-country skiing. If you like it a little special, Henning's house is just right.

We had a great time when we stayed here during the Christmas market in Røros. Everything was super cosy and Lindsay was super helpfull. Also she was caring if we have everything. Nature is beautiful the house. 🙂

A fantastic place where you have the nature close by! The house has its own style, and there is plenty of space with all the equipment you need. Here you can really relax. We have had a great time and would love to come back! Lillian was a very nice and helpful host - highly recommended.

Nice and spacious apartment on a very idyllic farm! We were lucky enough to get a tour of the farm and got to meet the animals with alpaca, horses and blacknose sheep, among other things. Thank you very much for the visit:)

Rune is a lovely and communicative host with an amazing property! The pictures of the house almost don't do it justice - classic old norwegian building with a really restful, cozy atmosphere...It is beautifully furnished with a great view of Lillestrøm and farmland. A totally stress-free and fun experience. We hope to be back soon.

Thorild and Terje were incredibly welcoming and warm. The house had a fantastic view and there was a silence here that gave soul. The children, aged 3 and 7, had a great time and loved being able to go to the goats that grazed right behind the house or down to greet the horses. We took a lovely walk around the plot that led us to a large body of water where it was nice to sit down to enjoy the packed lunch. I can highly recommend this place.

fantastic night's sleep and such chilled surroundings...

We spent 3 days in Heges cozy accommodation and had a really great stay. Everything you need is there, the surroundings are super quiet and close to nature, Hege always responded quickly and very friendly - it was perfect! We were there with our son (14 months) and our dog and can confirm that the apartment is very suitable for both. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back😊

We absolutely loved the place and felt right at home. The hospitality of the hosts were prime and they left us alone. And what a view! Sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise over the mountain on the other side and feeling its embrace. Priceless! :-)

Felt right at home with the beautiful surroundings of Kvikne. Had a great stay. The house was super tidy and very clean. The place was an excellent base for us to explore Rondane.

Hey, Me and my friends had wonderful and relaxing days at Carsten AirBnb. The apartment was clean and tidy, you had everything you needed including enough utensils to cook for 8 people. In particular, the terrace was a dream to have breakfast in the morning with a lake view and then go either to the lake or hike from there. We highly recommend the place and are very happy that we were also allowed to be here as a somewhat younger group.

Nina is a very lovely host. She responds immediately and helped us with finding activities and things to do in the area. She also invited us over for some mulled wine and prepared a bonfire for us. The view from the house is amazing, the interior is cosy, perfect for a cosy getaway

Fantastic cozy cabin right down to the river with many nice fishing spots. Always quick reply from the hosts. Definitely recommend.

We had a great stay. The apartment offers plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen and a brilliant view. Lise was always available and helped us quickly. The cross-country skiing trails are within walking distance. Everything was great for us. We would definitely come back.

If you are going on an activity at Eiktunet, this is the best location for a group of four. Large, comfortable and with all the amenities.
