Welcome to my apartment located at the top of the house. What I like about the apartment is that it is bright no direct transparency. It is a studio so it is a large room that is divided so there is a sleeping alcove with a smaller bed and then there is a dining table and sofa / bed in the rest of the room. Kitchenette with kitchen equipment and it includes spices as well as coffee and tea for guests. Bathroom with shower cabin , washing machine included detergent and fabric softener. A few minutes walk to metro and buses.

Super nice little flat on first floor in 18th century house in the heart of Stockholm. From beautiful Prästgatan you enter this 42 sqm gem with one bedroom, a living room with a sofa that can be turned into 2 extra beds. Compact but fully equipped kitchen w dishwasher, stove, heater, fridge & freezer. Bathroom with wonderful Vola-shower and washing machine/dryer. Cozy and genuine Prästgatan on one side and busy and lively Västerlånggatan on the other. No car traffic makes the area very friendly!

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Cosy apartment in Stockholm

Welcome home!. We have many books, art on the walls and a piano. One of the nicest parts of Stockholm. Around the corner you can find old wooden houses, many coffeehouse (Il Café, Kafferang ...) and restaurants (Folii) and the lovely park on the “White hill”. A short stroll to a magnificent view over the city. It's quite and safe in here and easy to walk everywhere, or take the blue buss (2) to the city center. The apartment is located in Sodermalm on a quiet backstreet but also only 3 min walk from metro, food shops, bars, restaurants and lovely parks. Very close to public transportations.
