Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Hedmark

Very lovely stay, hope to come back one day ! The house is really magical and everything was as clean and functional. The water has a bit of a taste, like some other guests noted, so we brought a few bottles with us just for drinking and it was no problem. Bente left us some delicious home-made biscuits for our arrival. It was easy to access and park. It snowed a lot, but everything was regularly plowed. Thank you for everything !

The location of the place was good with beautiful surroundings with a nice view. Though a bit old but it had all the things needed for a comfortable stay for our 2 families with kids. Definitely would recommend this place.

This is an absolutely gorgeous place that would highly recommend. A real farmer's idyll, with a lovely farmyard, a house you want to move into, and walk you a hundred meters down the road you have a swimming area that provides fresh bathrooms and postcard photos. it was our weekend getaway trip to enjoy and do some cross country ski and this cabin was a great a choice. it gave us the feeling of old cabins were availability of water is less(not this cabin don't have water) but the process is completely different from other modern cabins. Incineration toilet was first of a kind of experience for us. They cabin had everything one could ask for a cozy trip to cut oversell from techno world. Social interaction will be more, since there is no TV or wifi. but very good amount of board games and natural beauty. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Olga’s place was absolutely incredible! The apartment was spotless, fresh-smelling, and truly cozy we instantly felt at home. It’s been a long time since we’ve enjoyed a trip this much. The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the place has everything you might need. Olga was kind and flexible, Communication was smooth and easy throughout. Very short location to two ski lifts with cross country tracks right outside. Spotless check-in/check-out, modern apartment that had a modern decor. Good beds to sleep in after many hours of skiing. Good kitchen facilities - even coffee maker and cheese slicer. Maybe a little seating for a tired bunch of alpinists who wanted to lie long flat in their own sofa nooks in the evening - but these are well more personal preferences, and one sofa rather stimulated social evenings. Missed the typical "cabin character" with a pile of games, but we also experienced this stimulating for increased social activity.

I had an incredible stay at Ida's place! Communication was quick and helpful and the apartment was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect – close to public transportation and local attractions. I especially appreciated the small touches like the welcome snacks and a guide to nearby restaurants. I would definitely recommend Ida as a host and hope to stay again in the future!

Marte's apartment was fantastic in every way. The best thing was undoubtedly the enchanting view, but other pluses were the size and planning of the accommodation. Overall, we are super happy and can highly recommend the apartment. On the way there, we had the pleasure of getting to know the sheep and lambs along the way, and on the way back, we saw a moose.

Nice and spacious apartment on a very idyllic farm! We were lucky enough to get a tour of the farm and got to meet the animals with alpaca, horses and blacknose sheep, among other things. Thank you very much for the visit:)

We felt right at home. The house is beautifully situated above Favang with a great view. We were greeted nicely and had everything we needed. Communication with Julia was excellent. We had enough wood for the stove to make ourselves comfortable. We were able to spend a nice week skiing. For cross-country skiing, Hafjell is better suited and also only 30 minutes away. We will be happy to come back.

Great apartment, we felt very much at home. The apartment looks like the photos and is very, very clean. You just have to know that it's a basement apartment. This means that there are some steep, narrow stairs to negotiate. The only suggestion for improvement concerns the bed. You can feel the springs of the mattress and the whole bed rocks as your partner turns. But that is our subjective feeling. We'd love to come back and have a good time on the small terrace. My family and I had a wonderful stay at Julie and Christian’s home for 2 weeks. The hosts were very gracious and responsive, providing us with recommendations and always available when we had questions. The house has ample windows with gorgeous natural light. My two kids, 2 and 5 years old, loved the playroom and trampoline, as well as their lush garden. The location on Bygdøy can’t be beat; a stones throw away from trails to take you to the different beaches, the grocery store is very close, as well as the bus stop to take you to the city. And, if you decide to go for a walk at dusk, you might be fortunate enough to cross paths with baby deer or a fox. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. It felt like a home away from home in the best way.

What a lovely home. Our family loved our stay at Petter’s house. We had everything we needed, great location, beautiful surroundings, easy parking. My kids were very sad when we had to leave.

Beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable; we felt so at home here and didnt want to leave! Kitchen was very well-supplied with all the essentials and modern appliances. We loved the covered back porch!

Beautiful location. Is a true farm house setup separate from, but right next to the main house (which is host occupied, I believe). Is rustic with some nice updates (eg. bathroom). Lots of space - very comfortable for 4 of us and with room outside to exercise 2 big dogs. close to ski trails, very convenient to the airport, and less than an hour to the heart of Oslo.

Beautiful newly built house, with stylish interior design, a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Stunning view of the surrounding nature and mountains. Located at approx 10-15 min driving from Himmelsfjäll and Idre fjäll. Perfect for 2 families with school aged kids. Great hosts!

We were only staying for one night on a road trip but were very comfortable. Even though we didn't cook we noticed the kitchen had everything you'd need including things like salt and pepper and baking paper, etc. Beds were very comfy and a lovely view of the snow and trees from the table while eating our breakfast. Would be a lovely place for a larger group too (we stayed as a family of four with small kids). There was a high chair and step stool for kids as well.
