The cottage is situated alone with no insight from neighbours and is a great starting point whether you just want to enjoy the silence, go for a walk on one of the many hiking trails at Leka, rent the host's boat or kayak or go for a ride to watch the famous Ørnerovet. Flytebrygge rett nedenfor hytte, hvor man kan bade fra. Sykkelløype utenfor hytta på sommeren, skiløype(av og til) på vinteren. Ypperlig område for fjellturer og jakt. Svortstranda ligger ca 800m lengre bort, populært for barna. Fri tilgang til felles badstue som også ligger like ved hytta. Kano er inkludert i leie

Here you will find plenty of outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and ski-in/ski-out to many prepared cross-country ski trails. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has 4 bedrooms (1 in the annex), a cozy living room, a winter garden, a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended.

A fantastic nice view beyond Stjørnfjorden, Trondheimsleia and all the way out to Hitra. Evening sun, nice hiking trails for both the super prey and those who take it as a trip. Sørfjorden Eye Iglo has underfloor heating and heat pump, which makes for a comfortable experience in both summer and winter Breakfast is not included, but can be ordered by appointment NOK 220 per person

Architect-designed micro-house in Overhalla.

Here you can experience living in an architect-designed atrium house. The house was built in 2018 and has its own micro-house for rent. There is consistently a high standard of the micro-house, which is about 40 m2. Tiled bathroom, private kitchen and large outdoor area. There are two separate bedrooms, one combined with sofa/sofa bed.
