The guest suite is 28 sqm and is rented to 1-2 people. The guest suite consists of bedroom/living room, large bathroom and private kitchen. It is equipped with a 150 cm double bed. Included in the rent is also TV with chromecast, towels, linens and WiFi. It is 100 meters to the bus stop which in 20 min will take you to Oslo city centre. The bus departs every 15 minutes.

The apt. is located a bit up in the hill, so driveway to the house is a bit steep, can be challenge sometimes, 4WD car is an advantage on winter but 2WD is ok. 500 m from the bus stop. 70 m from the ski trails & forest. When booking longer stays, the place will be cleaned, including change of linen/towels every 14 days.

There is no kitchen/cooking facilities, however there is a fridge/water kettle/coffee maker/microwave/some plates/cutlery/glasses etc, and many great take-away options in the area.

Lovely basement suite for rent, in a quiet villa area. 3 minutes walk to bus stop. (Bus 160, goes into Oslo S, via Sandvika every 15 minutes) 5 minutes drive to Kolsås metro station. And if you arrive alternatively by car, then there is free parking in the courtyard. It is possible to arrange a pickup at Kolsås metro station, if it fits with the arrival time.
