We had a lovely stay. Beautiful Georgian and house with lots of character. Beautiful light and airy and and extremely cosy in the evenings. It was in a brilliant location, a 2 minute walk from town and the local harbour. Some great places to eat and lovely pubs. It is within driving distance of various lovely walks and there is a walk nearby by the Solent, with plenty of wildlife. We had a brilliant week and would definitely return. William was a fantastic host, always contactable for any questions.

The house is excellent. Great location, walking distance to Ryde High Street with a vast variety of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs right on your doorstep. The place has private parking, which in Ryde is rare, walking distance to the water, and simply an enjoyable place to stay - I highly recommend it.

A great location with an easy walk into Cowes. We loved the view from the sitting room window out to sea and watching the boats and ferries coming and going. The house was just as pictured and described with easy communication from the hosts. Thank you

Great place to stay for us, family of 4 including 2 late teens. All the tech bits ticked and 2 bathrooms. Lovely cosy little home, and extremely well planned accommodation meant everything we needed and more was available. We were on foot and used buses/ walked to see the sights around the island and found public transport surprisingly good and reliable. We would stay here again!

Great property, very central and well equipped. Having the 2 digitally registered parking permits was brilliant because of the challenge of parking in Winchester. Felt right at home and had a wonderful weekend with the family as very easy to walk to the sights, pubs and restaurants.

This is our second time staying in this property. We feel like we are at home. Everything is perfectly fine. Great location, walkable to town and very close to the railway station. Moreover, Phillips is one of the best host. He is very friendly and always kind. His response is fast. We are very grateful for his kindness. Thank you Phil for hosting us again!

Good location with an easy 20 min walk down to the marina. Had everything we needed for our stay and Chloe was friendly and helpful and responded quickly to messages.

We has a lovely stay at Becky's property. When we arrived, the accommodation was clean and was even more spacious than we originally thought. It was great for our family of four stay. There was some very nice touches too, some crisps and nibbles left for us after a long journey. The location is ideal, being able to access so many tourist attractions within a short distance. Great hot tub and the temperature was already set up ready for use.

Jo was a fantastic host. She was very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this listing and Jo the host.

This is a lovely townhouse, with a fully equipped kitchen & nice outside seating area, plus 3 good sized bedrooms. A perfect location for a stay in Cowes, within easy walking distance of the main high street & harbour areas. Would definitely choose it again.

Lovely house, we immediately felt at home. We are a family of 6 and the house accommodated us perfectly. The house is centrally located and only a few mins stroll from shops, restaurants, and the harbour views.

It was a lovely stay at Beth's BNB.. it was very carefully and thoughtfully arranged, my baby's high chair, food essentials, extra bed for the 7 year old! the place was very well equipped and spotless! Was conveniently located near a floating bridge that connects to the main ferry station within 5 minutes!..which was excellent!!! Overall would love to recommend this stay to any family looking to enjoy the Isle of wight!

We were 7 adults and this was a fabulous place for a group to get together which felt even more spacious than the photos made it seem. The whole house was spotlessly clean, beds were comfy and there was plenty of loo roll! The beach is a short walk away and a perfect spot for a swim. We would definitely book again.

Excellent location for an event at local sailing club (15 min walk or 5min on scooter) Venue was exactly at described and we all thought it was homely, well presented, extremely clean with modern appliances, nice relaxing garden area and some nice touches. We encountered no problems during our stay but clear instructions were available should we have needed it. Overall we agreed it was great value for the money we paid (party of 6 over 3 nights) and would definitely use again.

A great location for exploring Southsea and the surrounding area. Easy to find, and the host kindly arranged parking for us. House was clean and tidy, and has great amenities.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious, has lots of natural light and a nice size bathroom and tub. We were grateful for all the beds. The laundry set up was helpful. The location is great, easy walk to the Queens Rd Rec Ground for the kids. We also enjoyed walking to The Squirrel, The Tea Shop Around the Corner and Elevenses, as well as a few other shops. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Krishna was a very accommodating host and made our stay comfortable and easy.

Again, we had a brilliant stay and enjoyed the proximity to family as well as all the house offers. It's a very comfortable place to stay. The new ensuite is excellent and a grab handle in the other bathroom, wonderful and thoughtful additions. An outing to Durlston Country Park near Swanage was a first for us and well worth the trip. Sea birds, sea and coast views, great paths, a lovely cafe/restaurant and a warden in the visitor centre to ask about it all are very nice. There's a woodland play area too. We had another meal in Rockfish on the Quay. We go for the fish which is very good. It is a nice family treat. The Nao Santa Maria was still docked. There's always something interesting to look at. All in all, there is much to recommend a stay in Gwen's lovely house. Madalene

PERFECT spot to stay when visiting Chichester. The property is right on the edge of town, just a 5 minute stroll to cafes, shops and restaurants. However, the location itself makes you feel like you're secluded and away from it all. The private garden, with lovely greenery, meant you are not overlooked, despite being in a city. We felt very secure, behind 2 code locked gates, and it makes for a lovely peaceful retreat. Inside the property is exactly like the pictures. The bed is huge (a superking) and very comfortable. The blackout blinds helped keep the rooms cool, as well as a provided ac unit which was very handy. 2 full bathrooms is great when trying to get out for the day too! The amount of supplies left at the property was the cherry on the cake really. Extremely generous hosts, leaving us breakfast supplies, snacks and drinks. This was most unexpected and really made the stay stand out. The hosts are very communicative with plenty of information before hand! Thank You

A great location, easily walkable to Southsea Common, hovercraft and Gunwharf Quays. This property is unusual in this area in that it has dedicated parking spaces outside the house. My friends and I loved the layout set over several floors. Every room was spotless and the amenities were as described. We used the outside seating in the private courtyard a lot and the little personal touches, including a birthday card, were appreciated. Any questions were answered by Nicola very quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Me and a couple other friends stayed at Helen's place for 2 nights, and I must say the overall experience and Helen's hospitality was top notch! The house was clean and well looked after. The only caveat is that the address provided was showing a different location on Google Maps, so we had to ask around a little before we found the place. Hopefully an easy fix though.
