A very impressive property. We went for the beach but didn’t want to leave the apartment!!

Great location in Gosport in walking distance to many interesting places. Great apartment for our needs with 2 kids and a parent visiting friends in the area.

I was extremely impressed when I arrived. The communication throughout was amazing and the accommodation exceeding what I was expecting. Loved the card and welcome pack. I feel their is nothing that needs improving and overall very impressed and would recommend and I would stay again xx

We had a lovely stay in this beautifully decorated caravan. It was homely, cosy, clean and full of thoughtful personal touches from the owner. Everything felt very welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the beach and the swimming pool. On rainy days and quiet evenings, we really appreciated the selection of DVDs, books and board games. Not far from the caravan, we also had a great time fossil hunting at Bracklesham Bay and enjoyed tea and scones at the Bracklesham Tea Room and Garden. Thank you so much for everything, we’d love to return!

We spent three nights at this tasteful, cosy and well-appointed apartment close to the centre of Winchester. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay: comfortable beds, walk-in shower, well-equipped kitchen and came with a private parking space (which we needed, although it is only a short walk to the train station for guests arriving by train). Julia was such a great host: very proactive, friendly and super-responsive. She gave us lots of helpful information about the apartment and the sights and delights of Winchester. We would happily stay again!

Just a little bit of confusion with check in - I got stuck in lots of traffic so arrived an hour later than initially planned. The number I was told to call wasn’t available and the other number I was on hold to for 8minutes. Luckily as I arrived at 1733 there ended up being a staff member that arrived and let me in.

A very spacious, enjoyable stay was had at Chris’ place! I’ve stayed in the block before but not here but would defo be back as the location is ideal , literally on the beach and close to amenities. Very handy to go to the New forest too, and having a parking space. Thanks so much

A gorgeous flat with a sea view and lots of space. An easy walk to the beach. It has its own parking space. Felt very safe, peaceful and quiet. Extremely comfortable bed.

Really good, clean, well equipped apartment. Very well located for access to the town and beyond, although obviously that does mean there is a bit of traffic noise but not too intrusive. Had we been travelling in peak summertime, personally we would have sought outdoor space but the apartment was described accurately and suited our needs perfectly. Host is very responsive, helpful and genuinely polite and welcoming.

We had a really good time staying at the apartment. It was very clean and well-presented. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped so if you wanted to self-cater, it's easy to do. Burlington Mansions is in a good location and it's easy to get to local attractions. Check in was easy and Alison was a very responsive host.

The room was in pristine condition. And, indeed, you can see the sea from the living room window. The welcome hamper was a nice touch, and welcomed after a long drive! Laith's instructions and rules of the room were clear, detailed, and very fair. Laith was highly responsive to our queries. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet place that is easily accessible to Bournemouth (only a 10mins drive away).

We had a great bank holiday weekend at Ben's flat. It's in a lovely old hotel and you get a beautiful view of the sea and beach. The beach is a short walk down Sea Road and Boscombe Pier seems to be quite a bit less hectic than Bournemouth Pier, so was quite easy to get ourselves a spot. The Chime Gardens are quite nice to walk around as well. Ben was very helpful and responsive when we had a minor issue checking in and he helpfully provided us with a travel cot and highchair All in all, a great first holiday for our baby.

Fabulous place to stay, had all we needed. Beautiful area of the country.

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

We had a lovely stay at Grange Cottage celebrating our daughter’s birthday. The house is fascinating, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was a perfect communal space especially with small children. I loved the very old barn and we had great bbq’s there. The children had a lot of fun in the garden and enjoyed collecting the chicken eggs. We did the walk along the tow path, suggested in the house guide book, which somehow ended at the pub and our son in law was pleased to visit Caen Locks ( well worth seeing, amazing engineering feat ) as he had been through them with his father some years ago. Victoria was a very helpful host and I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Myself and my family absolutely LOVED the place! So welcoming and easy to find, lots of stuff for adults and kids, everything a short drive away and lovely walks, and will be booking very soon for another break! Thank you!

Fantastic stay on a lovely site. Very quiet corner location, tucked away although main parking space is under a tree so try to avoid if you don’t want lots of bird poo on your car!! Very clean caravan with lots of very thoughtful extras for every kind of guest. WiFi very reliable, access passes to site amenities sent over without needing to ask and clear instructions given for check out. Would stay here again.
