had such a lovely stay at the little cottage. great spot to just relax and be in a secluded little sun trap away from any hustle and bustle. hot tub was perfection, garden is just perfect to sit and read our books and have some drinks, kitchen was easy to use and got the job done for cooking, shower was nice and hot and good pressure (sounds silly but i think the shower is always worth a mention!) bed was so comfy, best we’ve slept in weeks! really appreciate the sky box being included, great value for money here. big thanks to Lorraine!

Martin’s cottages are beautiful converted stables on a lovely farm. Everything is very high quality and we had a great weekend.

We had a lovely stay at Stag cottage and fully enjoyed the huge garden during our stay. Communications with Cindy were excellent and she was really quick to respond and keen to ensure our stay was the best it could be. It was most definitely a lucky find and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. 😊🦌❤️

This was our second stay at The Old Piggery, and again we absolutely loved it. It’s such a beautiful location. Grant is really helpful.

This was a really lovely house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen area - the size, brightness, appliances and crockery etc - was the highlight. It was particularly well stocked with some generous goodies left for us. The garden was also lovely - great to eat outside at the large wooden table, as well as enjoying the last of the day’s sun in the corner seating area. The table tennis table was very well used by the 4 of us and great fun. Thanks for a great stay

Wonderful little cottage, where get to see horses and donkeys everyday. We loved staying here and are already looking to book again in the autumn. Joyce & David are lovely and we’re happy to show us around the farm and tell us all about the animal, thank you so much.

This was our second time staying and we loved it as much as the first time. The place is so peaceful and cosy. Jane was very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to booking another stay in the future!

We had a lovely few days, lots of room in the house, hot tub and games room a bonus, along with the deer in the garden yesterday morning! Many thanks for the welcome pack and milk.

We had a lovely time. Love the location. Perfect for walkers. Inside was light and airy. Bed was very comfortable. The animals were happy and friendly and the area has lots of wildlife. We enjoyed going for walks and visiting Hungerfords Elaine's for lunch. Look forward to visiting again.

Elm Cottage, was a brilliant find and we will be back. Great place to stay, great host. Very welcoming and also received a basket of essentials including bread and biscuits with milk, butter and jam in the fridge. Tea, coffee, sugar all there. Literally walk in and a cup of tea. Perfect all round. Very pleasant stay and local to Goodwood and Chichester.

Caroline was a very kind and accommodating host; we felt right at home in her beautiful slice of the South Downs. The house is small but cosy and well-equipped with everything you might need. The garden is a particular attraction for families in the summer months - look out for the tortoise!

We loved our relaxing few nights away at the cosy cottage & would highly recommend it to anyone. Paul was friendly & helpful when approached/messaged. The cottage is so pretty & ideal for a short stay. We loved the fact you can walk straight from the front door into the beautiful countryside, which we did 2 / 3 times a day with our dog. We only used our van a couple of times to go to Lyndhurst & Bartley, otherwise we just enjoyed the cottage & the local surroundings. The dog shower outside was fab to clean off mucky paws. The garden was great too - large, lots of seating & ideal for our dog - very friendly gardener, too! The pub right next door was handy, we ate & drunk there a couple of times. Follow Paul's instructions to get to the cottage & don't follow sat nav when you're near, otherwise it sends you across the fast A31.

Absolutely stunning and peaceful . We booked with family for my 40th and we had such a lovely time. Its an amazing Airbnb really clean and very well catered. beautiful surroundings

Wow, what a place. Literally the best place we’ve stayed at so far. The house was lovely. More than enough space for us two. Was clean and very homely. Had a great intro pack with info on local area, walks and things to do, including Marwell zoo, which we enjoyed on the final day. The surroundings are amazing. Lovely walk in the woods at end of the property. Stunning. Farley mount, wildlife, peace and quiet. Lovely little garden to chill in. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything I needed to make dinner each night. Including microwave, oven, induction hob, and all cooking equipment. That was important to us. Was nice to have all that. The driveway was big enough for both our cars, easily. Shower was fantastic, nice and big, and powerful. Bath was good too. I hope all this info is detailed enough for others to make the right choice, and book it also! Thank you Debbie, you are a great host, and look forward to staying again sometime. 10/10. The Lodge is a hidden gem, tucked away from the road with private parking and outdoor space. The property is very well maintained and clean, and was even better in person (and larger than we expected). Pauline is such a friendly host who clearly takes pride in her property. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend The Lodge to anyone looking for a stay in this area.

Comfortable and clean cottage in a lovely village with a local shop, pub and playground all within easy reach. Perfect location for the New Forest and Paultons Park. Had a great stay and would recommend.

Aimee’s place was lovely, exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend with the girls. The house itself is really cosy with comfortable beds and a great living area. The surrounding area is brilliant for walking to pubs, a little supermarket, and we even strolled along the waterside to a gorgeous pub in Havant (1.5hrs but well worth it!). Thank you Aimee, we’d love to come back another time.

We had such a lovely stay here, you could not find a more perfect location for a relaxing time, and to top it of the home is immaculate. Neil's communication was perfect keep us informed about everything and made sure we got settled. thanks so much for welcoming us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bear Cottage. It was warm and cosy, and had everything we needed for our long weekend. A short walk to Beaulieu and ideally situated for visiting the Motor Museum. We especially enjoyed using the tennis courts (agreed by prior arrangement). Thank you Angy - a wonderful host!

This is a truly lovely spot. The barn is spotless and comfortable and had everything we needed. Sophie's care package of breakfast items - milk, eggs, bread, cereal, juice - was most welcome. The barn is within a secure gated plot, and delightfully peaceful: ducks on the lake, deer, alpacas, all as stated, yet only 10 minutes drive on easy roads from central Chichester. Other destinations within easy reach include the Weald and Downland (Repair Shop) museum, Goodwood, and Bosham village. If returning to the area we'd hope to stay here again.

Stayed for 4 nights at The Bothy- it’s a lovely home, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, including beach towels, nice bedding and had basics like oil, vinegar, tea and coffee. The pool was a real bonus as we had good weather and used it every day- it’s lovely and warm. The area is quiet and very peaceful, lovely walks and costal views. You can walk to The Haven, great food- fish finger sandwich is epic, and into Lymington along the sea wall or down country lanes in the daytime, takes 20 minutes or so. A car is fairly essential here due to the quiet location. Sarah was an excellent host and was always on hand for any queries. I can highly recommend this place and we hope to stay again.

Our stay at this cottage couldn’t have been more perfect. The whole family loved it. Can’t wait to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Mallards Cottage and will definitely return for a longer stay. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped with nice touches such as fresh flowers and a selection of basic provisions in the fridge. We found it very homely with lovely views across the large lawn. The host family were very welcoming and friendly especially with local information and places to eat. We would thoroughly recommend Mallards Cottage to anyone.

Had an amazing stay in Anna’s cottage - the rooms and bathrooms are all very nice and the living room was a great space for our group to hang out. The surrounding area has great hikes and lovely countryside pubs m. Although this cottage is on Anna’s own property, there is still lots of privacy and this was never an issue. Anna is also very welcoming, friendly and thoughtful, ensuring we had a great time during our stay. Would definitely come back here! :)
