Fabulous place to stay, had all we needed. Beautiful area of the country.

We were looking for somewhere in the New Forest area to celebrate our wedding anniversary with family. This house was perfect for us all, 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The house is in a beautiful, quiet location which is exactly what we wanted. The house has everything you need and more, fully fitted kitchen with massive island and dinning table. All rooms were spotless as well as the many toilets and bathrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom which is very tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was a big bonus, perfect size and depth for our Grandchildren and very warm. It also had a padlocked gate to keep the little ones out when playing in the garden. Our host Katie was brilliant from start to finish keeping us updated on the stay and very responsive to messages. She provided a welcome food pack of sausages, bacon, bread and essentials which was really appreciated. Katie even took the time to let our grandchildren help her feed her horses. Can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Sam’s place to celebrate my husbands birthday. From the start Sam was responsive, friendly, answered questions and gave some fab advice. When I made a request she did everything she could to make it happen. The caravan itself is in a lovely peaceful part of the park with easy walking distance to the woods for the dog to have a run and also to the beach where we wandered to the pub and then back for an ice cream. Sam clearly explained how everything worked, where everything was & what she was doing to make things perfect for her guests. Her guide for things to do was really helpful so our days were filled and never dull. I would call this caravan a proper family home, it does everything it’s suppose to so you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. When I had some sad family news, Sam went out of her way to make sure we were ok and that we didn’t need to rush out the caravan on check out, so if you want a proper family home from home that does what it says - visit here! 🩷

We hired this for a few days with family to celebrate my nans 70th birthday. Absolutely beautiful house and gardens and the facilities are amazing. We live locally so knew about the area but loved having a swimming pool, tennis courts and snooker table for all of us to enjoy. The lounge was bigger than we thought and comfortably sat all of us. We also received a helpful guide a few days before our stay which gave us all the information we needed. Overall a really lovely stay, thank you!

A beautiful house in a lovely location. Fresh air holidays were quick with all communications and very helpful when i had questions. This house had everything we needed and was fabulous for a family break for 9 of us

Fantastic stay on a lovely site. Very quiet corner location, tucked away although main parking space is under a tree so try to avoid if you don’t want lots of bird poo on your car!! Very clean caravan with lots of very thoughtful extras for every kind of guest. WiFi very reliable, access passes to site amenities sent over without needing to ask and clear instructions given for check out. Would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Eden Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed with some thoughtful little extras in the kitchen and bathroom. Our little Frenchies sniffed their way around the enormous secure grounds and the pool was a real treat too! We checked out and drove just 30mins down to the coast and had a great walk in the sunshine watching all the kite surfers at Hayling Island followed by a giant ice cream! The house is exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious. The whole house is very well maintained. The location is superb. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I would thoroughly recommend it. Our hosts were very easy to contact and made sure we knew everything and had everything.

We stayed in June, all together 3 adults and Katie couldn’t have been more welcoming. The house is marvellous, the location central to the many sights around Netheravon. We would definitely recommend the house and would come again.

Great location – we used it mainly as a base for visiting Paultons Park and it was perfect for that. The place was quiet, clean, and just what we needed. Jane was easy to get in touch with for any questions. We'd happily stay again.

The house is in a great location and neighborhood, beautiful views of the sea with the beach a 5 minute walk, there is even a lift down to the beach if needed. House was well equipped, very clean with clear instructions. Lots to do with great walks and shops nearby. Would highly recommend for a relaxing time in a very comfortable house with a great location!

This was an amazing house for a family get together and perfectly located on between us in Sussex and other family from Devon. The house was spacious and spotlessly clean with a lovely welcome basket full of treats. My 4yr granddaughter loved the bedroom with the steps, slide and fairy lights. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. With several small children in our party, we also took advantage of the washing machine and tumble dryer. The garden was brilliant and our grandchildren absolutely loved the play house and games room. The hot tub really came into it's own on a warm day with during torrential rain. The host Catherine was super helpful both before our stay answering a few queries and on check on day itself. I would highly recommend the house.

Echoing other reviews, this is an absolutely stunning place. I totally fell in love with it - so unique, full of character, beautifully done up, and with everything needed for a stay. Such fun being lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea. Thanks for a truly fab stay.

Amazing. From initial contact ahead of the stay, through to a proactive message ahead of arriving to ensure we felt comfortable / knew who to contact if we had any issues (we had none) , Penny was fantastic. The property is of a great standard, welcoming, private, well equipped and a perfect space for a quiet get away. I travelled with a friend but in separate cars, both mid size SUV - plenty of space to park on the drive. The breakfast cereals, milk, bread and jam were a lovely touch, as were the plentiful board games. We didn’t use the shared garden area, but, as per the rest of the property, this looked beautiful and a nice space to relax at the end of the day. Bottom line the whole experience was exceptional. 5 stars (and more if we could) Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay during May half term with the kids - the house is stunning, even better than the photos and the view is spectacular. The house has a very high -end finish to it and had everything you could wish for in terms of amenities. We look forward to visiting again sometime soon

We had an amazing time, This house was lovely, just like the description, perfect for a holiday. The host was easy to communicate with and the instructions were very clear. The area is lovely, backing into a horse field with beautiful views. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice holiday in the new forest. Thank you for a lovely holiday and great memories.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. If you want a luxury rural retreat with all the trimmings of a 5 Star hotel, from linens to furniture to stunning artwork and gorgeous views, you’ve found it!

A truly special place. The pictures actually don’t do justice to how spacious it is, and how immaculate and well thought out it is, and the Wind in the Willows theme works perfectly in the peaceful surroundings of the riverbank. It’s a really calming and cosy place, and sitting eating breakfast by the riverbank was a joy. The spa bathroom is an extra treat on top. Chris and Judy were extremely proactive and we arrived fully informed with local recommendations and everything was easy to check in and out. We met Judy on the second day who very kindly greeted us and gave us more tips on things to do nearby. We hope one day to return!

Beautiful spacious, clean and well equipped cottage in a pretty village. The garden is delightful and there is an opportunity to use the outdoor furniture. The indoor space is very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing there after busy days sightseeing in the area. Would definitely return.

We have had the most wonderful time, Sarah was a fantastic host and even left home made treats. She gave great restaurant suggestions, every one was delicious and left very clear information on local walks. The accommodation was even better than the photos. Finished to a really high standard with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable. It’s is so tranquil and relaxing, we absolutely loved the view across the field of sheep. Honestly me and my husband had the best trip we will definitely be back again.
