You are approx a 25 minute drive to Bournemouth beach, approx 30 minutes to Sandbanks beach, well worth a visit to see millionaires row. The new forest is 15 minutes away. Paultons park if you have little ones, is approx 40 minutes away and is a real favourite with the children. Woodpecker Cottage is a centrally located cottage.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Oakwoods, much built in Medieval times, has been lovingly restored by "Grand Designer (Ch 4)" - Monty. Great garden swing. There is a cinema room, minstrels gallery, grand piano, walk-on glass well, open fires, warm brickwork, low beams & panoramic views. Ping pong played inside, or taken outside. All around are fields & forests, magical walks and wildlife. Extra guests possible, please ask for details. Car charging at 3kw is possible at cost via your 3pin adaptor, or a 16A 'blue' socket.

The lodge Is situated within the grounds of our home, and is completely self contained, with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, en suite shower and living area. The living area comfortably seats 4 and one of the sofas can be made into a small double bed if required. There is a fully functioning log burner and a large OLED TV with Dolby Atmos. The bedroom offers a superking sized bed, dressing table, and wardrobes. There is an en-suite shower room, with a luxury shower and heated mirror.
